There really isn't an issue hereFirst, It isn't a Laminate floor and it is VERY durable when taken care of properlyI came out and
took pictures only to find out that the Wood Chairs have NO protectors on the bottom what's so everThis was discussed with Mrs*** at the timeWe have NO reason to even offer to replace/repair her floor other then out of Good Will and that is what we ave offered to her alreadyIf someone is coming out to fix me floor after two years for no cost when it is not the Manufacture's, Retailer's or products faultI think I would be Thrilled and PatientWhen you have an investment like this floorTake care of it and protect your floor with *** under the table legs, Felt Glides on the Chairs and this then isn't an issueMost if not all of our customers are repeat and also senior aged, we treat everyone with the same kid glove treatment

The Manufacture has sent us extra boxAlong, with the box she has left we can come out and replace the tiles that are scratched upThis has been told to Mrs*** and offered as a time deal with No Cost to herSince we are doing this out of Good Will, Mrs*** will have to wait until we have an opportunity to work her into the scheduleThe floor is livable and causes no issues while we wait for an opening in our schedule
Again, This is NOT a Manufacturing defect, Installation Defect or product failureThis is a product that is reacting to Hardwood Legs with NO protectors of ANY kind being slid back and forth on a daily basisI couldn't get the manufacture to even consider looking at it because we all new what the problem was, although they did send a carton to us At No Charge and we are doing the labor at no charge but only time !!

We have agreed that We will clean her carpets again at NO CHARGE to her. Mrs. [redacted] will have to call me directly to set it up and I gave her no time table on this offer. I have emailed her and she has responded in acceptance.

Cash-N-Carry orders. This job was no different. The [redacted]'s didn't contact us for quite awhile later about not having the stair nosing's. I have no idea where they would have gone. They were delivered to us, Signed for and they are not in the warehouse now. We have days where we do an organization of material and they aren't here. It would be hard to misplace 14 stair nose. If They would like to re-order the stair nose then I will sell them to them AT a major discount. I will sell them at an employee cost plus shipping. This is the least expensive way to go about this.
