I hired this company from Moab Utah to fix a clogged sever at my House in Monticello Utah. we agreed on pricing (charge for round trip to Monticello + first hour at $75/hour + incremental 1/2 hour at $75/hour as needed). I received a bill with charge of an additional person for 4 hours at $45/hour. On top of that the job was never completed. The owner of the company suggested I hire another company because we will not be available for more than a week due to prior obligations. I was willing to wait. But after getting payment from the credit card company the owner sent me an email stating that we will not be able to go back.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, I would like to close the complain after the clarifications below:
I understand now why Riverside Plumbing & Heating
could not complete the job I hired them for after talking to the waste water
operator for the city of Monticello. However,
I take exception on the manager of the plumbing company characterization of the
cost agreement we discussed on the phone. Unfortunately, I did not get it in writing. It will be her words against mine (a
lesson to be learned).There is no doubt that I was overcharged; nevertheless, I
send her an email notifying her that I dropped my complains. Regarding the overcharge, I will leave it up
to her. Case closed.
