In late spring of I discovered that I would need to do some extensive repair work to a year old pool I had owned the house for ten years and had been able to keep the pool up and running with minimal investment So when I realized it was time for a major overhaul I began to explore my options, from the minimal to the most extravagant After much research, I decided to employ *** *** of Riverside Pool and Spas in Claremont, New Hampshire His estimate seemed very reasonable compared to others I received From the first time we spoke, Doug was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable He was very patient as I researched my options He invited me to visit current job sites to see the work he and his crew were doing During this initial process of deciding which company to employ, Doug either answered his phone or texts immediately, or returned my calls or texts within a very short period of time He even stopped by in person when requested, sometimes within minutes This was a significant factor in my decision to choose Riverside Pool and Spas as I knew that I would want to be in frequent contact once my extensive pool renovation project was underway Doug *** did not disappoint! Once the project began, he was always available, even sending me updates and pictures while I was away on vacation This job was extensive About the only thing that did not change was the hole in the ground I had over trees taken down, shrubs removed, new pool lines installed, drainage pipes laid across the back yard, a new liner, new paving stones, and an extension to the original fence As the job moved forward, I asked for a few changes - an extra tree to be taken down, extra paving stones to be laid and an adjustment to the fence All of these requests were met without any difficulty, and the end result was amazing! I am so happy with my new pool I was able to enjoy it right into September because of the nice weather we had I highly recommend Riverside Pool and Spas and look forward to doing business with Doug *** in the future

In a shorter than expected time, he made the necessary repairs, refilled the tub, and had it all ready at 103 degrees when I arrived from [redacted] Repair was excellent. I will use Riverside for all of my hot tub needs. A+++
