As I explained to Mr [redacted] that we do not document the tire size on the vehicles we sell so for that matter I can not give him a truthful document that states what size tires his vehicle was sold withIf RPM where to give him a document stating that those where the size of tires the vehicle came withIt would be a total lie on our part because there is no documentation to support such statement and there is no way we can see the size on the tires from the picture Mr [redacted] says is on our website furthermore Mr [redacted] by his own admission has been using this vehicle as a commercial work truck the extended service contract does not cover commercial use of the vehicle reason being a vehicle used for commercial use will ware and tare a lot quicker than a vehicle being used for daily personal useWe continue to offer free installation on a transmission he would purchase as a means to help Mr[redacted] Thank you [redacted] GM

We have reviewed Mr[redacted] complaint and our explanation is as followsWe have sold over of these GPS systems to various customers and have seen them receive up to a 20% savings on there insurance billHowever every insurance company is different on the savings they pass on to there customers we have never heard of an insurance company not giving a better payment when the vehicle has an anti theft device especially in a high end vehicle like a BMWWe recommend for Mr [redacted] to shop around and try to get an insurance company that will give him the savings he's looking forAs to the GPS device that is a non cancellable item that can not be returned all sales are final just like the vehicle he purchasedWe hope this explanation will satisfy this complaint

It is unfortunate that this customer's insurance is not giving him the discount many other insurance companies doThis customer was made well aware of his purchase of the anti theft device not only did he sign a legal binding contract which discloses the anti theft device and it's price but he also signed itHe also signed a pre-disclosure form which states the the price of the anti theft deviceIt also shows what his monthly payment would be with and with out the purchase of the anti theft deviceHe then also signed the anti theft form itselfThese where three separate documents the customer signed and could have opted not to signWe understand buyers remorse but this is why the State of California makes auto dealers disclose these devices in three separate documents so that the customer can not say they did not know about themUnfortunately the documents the customer signed are legal binding contracts that can't be broken simply because the customer changed his mind

I am rejecting this response because: Contract was over the weekend, and financing showing me payment with or without was not shownDealership had a good faith opportunity to update contract Monday first thing but chose not to do so as it appearsSpoke with sales and they were willing to remove, but nothing has been done, but to buy time in delaying the added cost I requested be adjustedYes customer sign contract but was force to sign in urgency as it would better my insurance premium and financingWhy would a customer sign up for something that BMW application on the vehicle offered already as a anti-theft deviceVery misleading and not good customer practice in doing business with RPMI will go ahead and forward this not so positive resolution to other alternative legal rights I have, as this company is not willing to adjust per client request and client good faith understandingDealership sounds like they are desperate to make money in every possible way.Truly Bad business practice and the state attorney should shut down businesses such as these types

We have reviewed Mr.[redacted] complaint and our explanation is as follows. We have sold over 50 of these GPS systems to various customers and have seen them receive up to a 20% savings on there insurance bill. However every insurance company is different on the savings they pass on to there...

IT WAS EXPLAINED TO MR. [redacted] THAT AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE HE WAS ONLY BEING CHARGED A $15.00 DMV TRANSFER...

FEE. IF HE LOOKS ON HIS SALES CONTRACT IN SECTION 2-B UNDER DMV FEES HE WAS ONLY CHARGED $15.00 TRANSFER.
FURTHERMORE IT WAS MADE CLEAR TO MR. [redacted] THAT WHEN TRANSFERERING WEHICLE INTO HIS NAME DMV COULD REQUIRE HE PAY FOR HIS TAGS FOR UPCOMING YEAR DUE TO DMV NOT HAVING SUFFICIENT TIME TO BILL HIM FOR TAGS BEFORE THEY EXPIRED. IN CONCLUSION AT THE END OF THE DAY WHAT EVER DMV FEES ARE CHARGED TO CUSTOMER BELONG TO DMV WE DO NOT KEEP THESE FEES WE FORWARD THEM TO DMV. IF DMV IS NOW REQUIRING MR. [redacted] TO PAY FOR HIS TAGS THAT IS OUT OF RIVERSIDE PREMIER MOTORS CONTROL AS WE ONLY CHARGE WHAT DMV DIRECTS US TO CHARGE FOR CUSTOMERS. I WOULD UNDERSTAND MR. [redacted] COMPLAIN IF HE HAD PAID FOR TAGS AND THEN WE WHERE ASKING HIM TO PAY AGIAN ALL HE PAID WAS $15.00 TRANSFER FEE WHICH IS DISCLOSED ON SECTION 2-B ON HIS SALES CONTRACT. WE HOPE THIS EXPLANATION HELPS MR.[redacted] UNDERSTAND THE WAY DMV WORKS.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/07/07) */

If RPM where to give him a document stating that those where the size of tires the vehicle came...

with. It would be a total lie on our part because there is no documentation to support such statement and there is no way we can see the size on the tires from the picture Mr [redacted] says is on our website furthermore Mr [redacted] by his own admission has been using this vehicle as a commercial work truck the extended service contract does not cover commercial use of the vehicle reason being a vehicle used for commercial use will ware and tare a lot quicker than a vehicle being used for daily personal use. We continue to offer free installation on a transmission he would purchase as a means to help Mr.[redacted]   Thank you [redacted] GM

I am rejecting this response because:RPM sold me a voided contract from when vehicle was sold to me. As that is lying part of RPM when selling the contract that the vehicle is covered from motor, transmission, drive axles, electrical etc. This vehicle was sold with High Tech Coverage meaning less that 100,000 miles on it; for 24 months 24,000 miles. Vehicle Odometer Reading was 93,112. The GM from RPM has always try to find excuses to not resolve this matters as example with his response. The transmission will not go out from driving but only on normal wear and tear as tires, brakes, sparks plugs etc. Vehicle is not use for hauling.  RPM is not being responsible on how the received and sell their vehicle nor with warranties. RPM claims they check their vehicles when received so when request if any documentation of vehicle  none can be provided. They are a business to sell to make revenue not care of the customer such as myself. They are hoping when selling warranties the consumer never uses it because my vehicle is not just the only one that has after market wheels and tires. So RPM now knowing about my situation I will have no doubt they are still selling this warranties to other consumers. As the GM from RPM wants me to purchased a "used" transmission from a junk yard for approximately  $1,000 what one their mechanic responded when I and [redacted] had a conversation regarding about the warranty again. I have been hurt financial with this issue that RPM has caused. I do not trust RPM' s mechanics to do any kind of work to my vehicle.  My vehicle was at a certified technician from Paradised Chevorolet.
