Riverside Properties

Review: I stayed at one of the Riverside Properties locations in August of 2012. It was such a lovely time that our family and friends we met there decided to return again in August of 2013 and we rolled our deposit and additional deposit to a 2013 reservation. Unfortunately we have had a conflict arise as have others in our party and we have had to cancel our reservation. I sent a notice to Riverside Properties to alert them of our need to cancel and request a return of my deposit. It was at this time that I learned that the deposit, which I read to be fully-refundable, would not be refunded. I responded to Riverside Properties that I read the contract in such a way that my understanding was that the deposit was fully-refundable and was informed that it is only fully-refundable after a stay in the property. This truly did not seem clear to me and my hope is perhaps the Revdex.com can weigh in on this situation. Hello, I am responding to a response posted re Complain ID 9490318. The message I received appeared to be a portion of the email exchange I had with Riverside Properties with no indication of my request for resolution.

What I am seeking is a return of my deposit. If the answer is no they will not return it then I guess I would ask that to be stated rather than just a reiteration of what has already been said. If the answer is yes they will return my deposit then I would ask that they respond accordingly. It seems just pasting in a previous dialogue doesn't quite answer my request. Thank you,[redacted]
