This is response to the complaint of customer, *** ***, happened at Dec23,
First of all, I apologize for the customer's inconvenience and experience at the Laundromat and I have willingness to refund what the customer is expecting
Second, I would
like to explain about the situation that I heardActually, the laundromat and convenience store are different business and have different business ownerAs the laundromat business owner I have been there usually night to clean up, check out machines, and collect coinsThat means I check all machines everyday and if a machine is broken during a day I may not be able to put a sign on it until I show up to recognize itAnd what the convenience store owner does is that changing coins and refunding customer's claimHe is not the laundromat owner so he doesn't need to explain or argue with customersHe may add some comments but generally he refund most of all customer's complainsAt that moment, the convenience store owner said to me that the customer told the dryer is not working but she didn't say any complain of refundMoreover, the owner said he didn't say that she is a liar because he doesn't need to say thatWhenever customers complain what he need to is refundingHe doesn't need to argue
Anyway, I believe there was a bit of miscommunication and misunderstanding between each other so I hope the customer accepts this settlement and it help you out to understand this situation
