I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to me assuming that they actually mail the check this timeI was also told on December 21st that a check had been cut on December 14th and at that time I made several verbal threats about contacting the [redacted] Attorney General's office and [redacted] Health about this provider's billing practicesIt's simply inexcusable that the check would have sat on someone's desk for more than weeks without being mailed, especially after my call a week after it had been cut to inquire about it's whereaboutsI'm not an accounts payable account, I am customerIf I were in need of any medical attention that required the use of a radiology department, I would drive by two [redacted] Health facilities (Dublin and Riverside) on my way to [redacted] State because of their use of [redacted] Radiology
