Riverside Sales Melfort

On February 7th, 2015 I drove from Moose Jaw to purchase a 2012 [redacted]. I got only 30 minutes out of Melfort when the heat in the vehicle cut out. When I called the dealership they explained there was nothing they could do until Monday as they would be closed by the time I could get back to the dealership. We agreed I would take it back to Moose Jaw and it would be fixed from there. I noticed in Saskatoon that this vehicle had not been cleaned out and that in the sunlight with the plastic seat covers removed there was animal hair all over rear of the vehicle. Monday morning arrived and as I went to start the command start for the first time it did not work the vehicle's battery had died. I called the [redacted] emergency help line they agreed to tow it to the [redacted] dealership in Moose Jaw where they were able to fix both the battery and the heating system, but took 4 weeks to get the job completed due to parts being ordered. So March 10th, 2015 I finally had my vehicle back, but in the meantime had incurred costs for rental cars and taxis as the General Manager of Riverside Sales Melfort, [redacted] refused to return any of the seven emails and countless calls made to the dealership during this time. [redacted]. Only 30 days later on April 3rd my Bluetooth stopped working and had to be fixed, again with no response from the ** moose jaw dodge took care of it at no cost. Now I find out that my DVD player doesn't work in the vehicle as I have never used it and they are refusing to fix it. I was told the vehicle came with working DVD player.[redacted]Desired SettlementI want them to repair the DVD player, and I want a courtesy vehicle during the time I won't have a vehicle to use.Business Response Good afternoon Please have the customer contact Riverside Melfort to book an appoitment at their convenience to have the dvd player repaired at no cost to them.
