Riverside Self Storage has not issued a refund on my deposit since September, 2017. After several attempts contacting them via telephone and email, they have yet to successfully refund my deposit even though they have promised to do so. They owe me $50.00 plus interest it has been over a year since our unit was emptied.

I heard from this company after I informed them that I had reported them to the Revdex.com. They returned my $25.00 security deposit but I would have liked to have seen a better outcome after waiting over a year for resolution.
