This in reference to ID [redacted] , which was against Riverside Tire Service by [redacted] .Yes, we close at noon We had begun closing down and blowing out the compressors It takes about minutes to start up the compressors each day You can not just flip a switch and get air So we could not help him.It may have been til by his watch, but it was not by our time clocks It was 12:when the last of our guys clocked out None of the office crew or supervisors left until the last of the men clocked out and left.We are so sorry this happened We have been in business for over years, and our good name and the service we offer are our best assets.Thank you,Riverside Tire Service*** * [redacted] , President

Review: On Saturday November 29th I pulled into the parking lot at exactly 11:55am. There was one garage door open and two gentlemen walking outside talking to each other. I rolled down my window and an employee came over. I asked if they could check/add air to my tire. The employee in which I do not wish to name said "I've shut down the air compressor as we close at 12pm." I then stated its only 11:55. The employee then started to walk away as I was saying "never mind, it's all good." He began to mumble under his breath and then stared at me as if I didn't belong. It was 5 till 12 and I simply needed air in my tire. I wasn't asking for an oil change or tire rotation.Desired Settlement: I'm not looking for money or any hand outs. Im simply wanting to be served and treated fairly. As someone who has been in customer service for decades I have to work to the very last minute if a customer is involved. We as consumers deserve and have the right to be served while the establishment is open during business hours. I want Riverside Tire to know they cannot treat the customer any kind of way and expect no repercussions!
