Riverside Truck Sales

I was mislead by the salesman to believe the car had no major problems. he told me the motor and transmission is in good condition.I purchased the car on 3/11/14.on 3/12/14 there was a big pool of oil under the car. he assured me this car had no major problems that the motor and transmission was good.Desired Settlementproper repairs or refund.

The dealership I purchased my vehicle with reposessed my vehicle before the loan company turned the vehicle back over to them.On 11/24/2014 I made a downpayment of $700 for a [redacted]. The suv was financed through [redacted] to whom I make my payments to. I Paid my jan. And feb. Note and march they allowed me to do a date chamge due to the lack,of work making my payment due 3/18/15. I was told that I had 14 days to make my payment and then it would be considered late and a late fee would be added. On 4/05/15 the dealership riverside auto sales reposessed th vehicle. I contacted the bank I make my payment to on 4/06/15 and I was told that the bank did not authorize the repo. I went to the dealership and they told me to call the finance company to get my loan reinstated which couldnt be done because my loan had not been cancelled. My daughter received a phone call from [redacted] impersonating a county official and saying he had to serve her papers when in fact nothing on my loan my registration or insurance has any other name except mine [redacted]. On 4/07/15 I called the county to see who the male was and why he was calling for [redacted] and I was told by the [redacted] county sheriffs office they had no such employee. I went on 4/08/15 pick up my belonging out of the vehicle and the vehicle was not at the dealership yet it was still at [redacted]. The bank closed the loan on 4/07/08. Stated as part of my contract if payment is not made within 10 days after its due a 5% late charge will be assessed not the vehicle would be rreposessed. I also called to make a payment to [redacted] on 3/31/15 bt the payment was denied because I was told my account was being reviewed. On 4/06/15 I also tried to,make my past due payment of only being 12 days late and was told the account was up for review and I should wait until a decision was made before I make a payment. On 4/08/15 I was told that I had to,pay the full amount of 5995 to pay the vehicle off in,full but that amount differs from the amount that was reported to the internal,revenue office paperwork when I purchased my tags. once going through paperwork I have noticed discrepancies with what I was told and what was in writingDesired SettlementMy vehicle back a proper and legitimate contract and negative reports taken off my credit. If the comppany is found at fault and have done things illegal I would like them to pay off the remaining balance of my vehicle.Business Response Attached you will find the repurchase demand from [redacted] because Ms. [redacted] failed to make her payments on time after she had the due date changed. We are on recourse for the first 3 payments. If the customer does not make their 3 payments on time then we have to repurchase the vehicle and reposes said vehicle. As you will see Ms. [redacted] was more then 14 days past due her payment date after she had requested a date change. We are not a buy here pay here lot and the last thing we want to do is buyback a loan that the customer has been driving for more then 90 days as the vehicle has lost value and the repossession fees. We wish that Ms. [redacted] would have paid the financial institution on time so we would not have been forced to repurchase the loan and pay it off.
