We received her phone call on 4-24-She told us then that she had a problem with the doorWe contacted the factory the same day and informed them of the type of problem and that we wanted them to contact the owner directly as this is a factory problemThey informed us they would let us know when they scheduled the factory repair rep to be thereShe contacted us also on the 25th and the 28thWe informed her on both of these calls that the factory would be in contact with her to schedule itThey contacted us on the 28th and told us that it is scheduled for the 5th of MayWe will work with the factory and the home owner to see she is taken care of

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved Regards, [redacted] Would like [redacted] to look at it he sold the job I do not want the original installers back in my house they are rough carpenters not trim carpenters They can send another carpenter there to do the repairs needed Thank you , [redacted]

We at Windows R Us always strive to satisfy our customersThe original installation for this client included a new roof, construction of a front porch on the home, all new windows, new railings on the front porch, new siding, new gutters and downspouts on the home and new doors and storm doors
This job was completed on 6-17-The customer was more than satisfied at that timePlease see the Certificate Of Completion signed by our customerFor an entire year the home owner had no problems and did not contact usWe also received good reviews onlineOn 4-14-we get a call from the customer and the back door to the house has a problemAt that time we told her that we would get her on the schedule to have it looked at and taken care ofMind you that it has been a year since the installation and there has not been any problems up until this pointOn 4-17-we received another call from the customer stating that they have called the building inspector for the city and they are going to call the state licensing board nextNow I don't know what prompted the thought that we would not help our customer out and investigate any problem for our customersCalling and threatening us with nasty phone calls is never a way to get a good response from anyoneWe don't do it to our customers and we expect the same from themIt had only been three days since the original call from them and getting them on the schedule is all we could doMy installers are booked at least two weeks in advanceWe can not drop what we are doing and leave another job siteAt this point she was on the schedule for repair on 5-15-The repair was completed on that date and we asked the homeowner to please sign and date the Service Repair Order which I have included in this reportIt states the nature of the complaint and the work completed by the installerIt is also signed by the home owner and it states that the work repair was done to their satisfactionAfter the repair work was completed I spoke with my installers as I do for every service callThey informed me at that time the problem had to have been caused by some sort of force or eventThe door and storm door had sustained some sort of blow that caused the frame of the door to be knocked loose from the houseMy installers fixed the problems at that timeThe complaint states that the installers damaged the flashing around the back doorThis doesn't make any sense that we would not repair it when we were there and why would we have a completed and signed repair order from the customer stating they are satisfiedI will be contacting the home owner to investigate this issue further and work with them to resolve this problemI would like to state I don't think this problem should be considered as a fault of Windows R Us or our installersSincerely, Windows R Us

the response given to you by windows r us is incorrect ...  at no time was that information given to me..  the only response I received was that are file was on the top of her pile . and she would get back to me..  ,, Infact I called the manufactor  and spoke with [redacted]  that company had no knowledge of the problem [redacted] stated she would talk with her supervisor and call me back .. Witch she did the very same day .. HAD A FEW QUESTIONS   .. [redacted] stated  that she would forward that additional info on to her supervisor and call me with the results ..  by the end of the day michelle did call back and advised someone would be out on May 5  Friday ,, either 9:00 am to 9:;30 am or  2:00pm to 2:30pm .. I choose the 9:00am to 9:30 am ..  My call to the factory was placed on April 27  at  11:50 am ...Revdex.com:

Company owner has advised Revdex.com the consumer will be contacted and someone will be out this week to check the remaining issues.

We contacted the factory the same day and informed them of the type of problem and that we wanted them to contact the owner directly as this is a factory problem. when they scheduled the factory repair rep to be there. She contacted us also on the 25th and the 28th. We informed her on both of these calls that the factory would be in contact with her to schedule it. They contacted us on the 28th and told us that it is scheduled for the 5th of May. We will work with the factory and the home owner to see she is taken care of.
