Yes I am aware of their policy that they haveBut when they want to inform us about rules they should follow themselvesThey want to protect the residents by having there families members on the property get away with their drug activity but make accusations to other unitsIt's not okay for them to accuse residentsThey should definitely be reported because they do not know how to run a apartment complexThey just bring in residents accuse them for any little them and make them feel uncomfortable in their own home then threaten to kick them outThey should watch who they bring into the complex before they want to kick people outThey have so poorly managementEspecially when you see them at the complex throwing parties all the time on the complex site

Riverstone Apartment community has very strict policy and everyone is screened from our compliance department, approvals are not made here in the officeThe person who filed the complaint does not even live on property and was more then likely filing a complaint with a name out of anger after
multiple lease violations have been issued because residents do not feel comfortable with drug activity that is going on in there buildingRiverstone Apartments makes sure to enforce policy's and addresses complaints that come in from residents to make sure they are living in a safe and happy environment, unfortunately when lease violations are issued to violators that are non compliant with house rules they retaliate with informationBecause we have a very small community our residents inform us on what is going on, they are our eyes and ears and we appreciate them trying to keep the community at its bestOur Residents Safety and concerns are our first priority

It is fraudulent for Riverstone to deny an apartment rental AND take a deposit for a denial on the SAME dayOf course you would defend the shoddy, inaccurate and fraudulent function of your employee's Who would expect any other outcome?
Let it be known this haa now progressed to the City of Federal Way, my financial institution along with other entities.

COMPLAINT:
 
1.     Failure to Disclose Reason for Denial - In Compliance with Fair Credit Reporting, Ms. [redacted] was emailed an Adverse Action letter November 22, 2016 to the email on record; [redacted]@gmail.com. The reasons for denial are disclosed within this document, and Ms. [redacted] is welcome to contact the credit bureau regarding any inaccuracies that may be found on her consumer record.
 
2.       Delay I n Deposit Return - All deposit returns are performed within the timely parameters permitted by law.
 
3.      Discrepancy In Rental Pricing - We apologize for any confusion regarding rental pricing. We openly state the amounts of our available home listings within the website and online leasing portal.
 
 
It is my firm belief that the issues experienced at Riverstone were handled and resolved in both a timely and appropriate manner.
