We are very disappointed in the product and the customer service we receivedA few years ago we ordered a custom marble shower base When it arrived, not all of the pieces were together so Riverstone had to come install itThey created some additional 'make-shift' pieces in order to hold the base together, making several seams requiring caulking and pieces that were not exactly the same colour as the original baseOver time, these colour differences are very visible, the base is not easy to keep clean with several edges, seams, chips and a slope that doesn't allow water to totally drain We finally contacted Riverstone to express our disappointment, especially based on the great cost we paid for this base, and were told there was nothing they could do, that our warranty had expired We never received a copy of the warranty
This was the worst vet experience we had ever receivedWe took our papillon here because he had been attacked by another dog and was bleeding and clearly in pain and they were one of two vets open at the timeThey clearly saw he was not doing too good and told us there would be a minute waitWe understood since we know other animals needed to be seen tooThey took him "back" and informed us that they had started an IVThat's all the information we got as we sat and waitedFinally they pulled us into a room and a vet tech explained a little more while admitting she wasn't too sure what dog we were all talking aboutShe said she hadn't even gone too look at him, yet she seemed to know so much about his conditionShe left and we waited for the vetThe vet was nice and professional and thoroughly explained everything to usThey kept him overnight and said we would here from their around the next dayWe waited and waited until I finally just called to find out what was going onThe girl on the phone said she would have the vet call and talk to me about everythingAgain we waited and waited and nothing! Knowing they closed at that day, I called again and was informed that they were in the "process" of calling meWe never received a phone callIt was 4:They said he was ready to go home and we could pick him up if we got there before Overall they just all seemed like they didn't give a [redacted] about our dogHe was just a number to themI don't recommend this vet clinic and we will not return

The offices are fancy and nice The hours are unbeaten The prices are exhorbant and the service is very poor
Best Veterinarians in townFacilities are very clean and staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpfulAlso, one of the least expensive places in town
Live Oak is excellent! I highly recommend the Doctors and the caring staff.
