In August of we took our camper in due to a refrigerator fire and a recall on the refrigeratorThey had to take pictures of the damage and submit paperwork to get the new refrigeratorThey had the camper for monthsWe got it back without a refrigerator because we needed it for huntingWe took it back in when they got the new refrigerator inWhen we got the camper back the door handle on the front door was broken, the metal threshold strip at the front door was ripped up, and an outside light was brokenThe next time we used the camper we discovered it was wired wrong and when we ran the refrigerator the furnace also ranThank goodness a friend of ours is a master electrician and he was able to wire things correctlyRiverton RV was full of excuses whenever we called to find out the status of the recall or getting the new refrigerator installedI would strongly encourage people to stay away from this business and take their camper to Casper or Rock SpringsOur experience was very negative and we came away feeling that they are not trustworthy

They had the camper for 3 months. We got it back without a refrigerator because we needed it for hunting. We took it back in when they got the new refrigerator in. When we got the camper back the door handle on the front door was broken, the metal threshold strip at the front door was ripped up, and an outside light was broken. The next time we used the camper we discovered it was wired wrong and when we ran the refrigerator the furnace also ran. I would strongly encourage people to stay away from this business and take their camper to Casper or Rock Springs. Our experience was very negative and we came away feeling that they are not trustworthy.
