Review: I went to Rivertown Optical for a appointment January 19,2015 to get my eyes exam done and a new prescription for my contacts and glasses. Exam was done and I ordered my prescription for my contacts and glasses when I was told it would take 7 to 10 days to get them in. I called 10 days later and my order was not in, I was told they would call me back and no one has called back. Today is February 20,2015 a month later, so I called today and my glasses have just been order today on February 20,2015 and they still do not know about my contacts. this is unbelievable. I am very angry and people need to beware of their poor service.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund from my service with them.

Review: I went to Rivertown Optical on Williams blvd & Jefferson Hwy in Kenner, La at the beginning of February 2015 to order another pair of glasses. The lady at the front desk stated that it would get picked up the next day which was a friday. It has now been 2 full weeks since I have recieved my replaced glasses, no called or anything, So I called this morning which is February 13, 2015 and I stated I as calling about my glasses to see if they are ready for pick up, I was told to call back today about 2:30pm. I been calling the office since about 2:00pm until about 3:45pm and the phone was busy the whole entire time. So I sent my girlfriend there to check on my glasses since no would answer the phone. And the two ladies who work there are sitting around doing nothing while the phone is just ringing. one lady would pick up the never say anything and the just hangs up the phone completely and then leave it off the hook so it stays busy. When I got there she said they not answering the phone because it was 10 minutes before they get off. And my glasses wasn't even there so I made a blank trip out there for nothing when they could have told me over the phone that my glasses wasn't there instead of just letting the phone ring continuously and the leave it off the hook. That is unprofessional and inconviened for other people who may have been calling non-stop like me to and they just sitting there.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and my replacement glasses, me as a paying customer I shouldn't have to go through this of making a blank trip to their office for nothing wasting gas in my car, to get no nelp and receive little to none poor customer service.
