Customer arrived at dealership with sunroof openThe sunroof would not closeCustomer have already attempted to repair sunroofThe vehicle is out of warrantyThe sunroof motor was missing the gear and the sunroof track was bindingThe dealer gave the owner an estimate to replace the sunroof motor and track which the customer declinedNo repairs were attempted at the dealer

First let me say I can completely appreciate the trouble this has caused you and that I am fully prepared to rectify this situationThis is the first I have heard of this but now that I am aware of it I will do all I can to solve this issue for youThe small amount of research I have done
revealed the paperwork being completed in Lee County as opposed to Russell CountyI will work with my Admin team to correct this as well as make sure you recivev the needed difference in your sales tax

I do appologize for this innconvienienceI am addressing this issue immediately please understand the delay of tag and title is not Rivertown Subaru Volvo in General it is also the State who must handle your licensing infothe state is currently behind about three weeks and this has caused a delay
in customers receiveing their tags and titlesI will look into this and see if there is anything we may be able to do to address you getting your tagPLEASE understand there is not a lot we can so with out of state clients it is up to your states requirements
