I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Based on the response from the dealer I am going to confirm the dealer will honor the previous deal of:
$14,000 for the vehicle plus applicable taxes and tags (State of DE) and no document fees
Allow me to utilize the rebate of $500 for military OR $750 for college graduate (if I meet the qualifications and finance the vehicle)
Provide financing of 0% for 36 months (if approved) from Toyota Southeast
No cost maintenance plan (2yrs/25000 miles)
Finally, I understand due to delays, I will not be afforded the additional $500 military rebate that was available thru 02 JAN 15.

We have repaired the brakes on Ms. [redacted] Camry. The door panel is now in for replacement and it will take around one hour to install. Ms. [redacted] will bring in her Camry as her schedule allows and we will install the door panel. We do hope Ms. [redacted] is now satisfied with the work performed on her Camry and the service department. We look forward to installing the door panel for Ms. [redacted] and complete satisfaction.    Thank You    [redacted]

We did repair some items on Ms. [redacted] 2010 Camry in July 2016. Ms. [redacted] brought her vehicle in on August 5,2015 and we attempted to repair her door rest. The repair did not work out and on November 12,2016 Jennifer took pictures as...

required of the damaged area and ordered parts, Ms. [redacted] made an appointment for the past Saturday back on Nov. 12.2016, the appointment was for November 26,2016 at 8:40 am, but unfortunately Ms. [redacted] was unable to make that appointment with us as we did not see her the past week.            We will follow up , with Ms. [redacted] and make her another appointment for the arm rest.

Mr and Mrs [redacted] did come into Columbus to look at a vehicle, the evening they came into the dealership we could not agree to pricing.
Over the telephone over the next several days an agreeable price was worked out and a check was mailed to the dealership from his lender.

The customers wanted several aftermarket items added to the unit,it was agreed that these items would not be added until after the unit was paid for. When the items could not be added in the time that Mrs. [redacted] thought was appropriate, Mrs [redacted] asked that we return her money.
We were in the process of cutting a check back to the lender but the lender has not had communication with the customer and asked that we have customer call them.
A soo as the lender approves we will be sending the money back to the lender.

Ms. [redacted] came into the dealership on September 30,2016 and test drove a new 2016 Avalon XLE and also test drove a 2016 Avalon Limited which she ended up buying. Our records show that Ms.. [redacted] then called into the dealership on October the 10th and said she wanted to buy her old car back, her sales lady made an appointment for her and she came in on October the 14th. At which time no deal could be reached with Ms. [redacted]. Please notice that 10 days elapsed before Ms. [redacted] called us to express she might not be satisfied. The negative social media posting was on October 14,2016 and not the next day or week.
                    I was contacted by phone by Ms. [redacted] , she said she wanted to purchase her old Avalon back and did not want any money , she just wanted the old car, she negotiated a deal and said she was happy and satisfied and left in the 2015 Avalon. I will hold the 2016 Avalon Ms. [redacted] traded in and she can have it back if she prefers the 2016 to the 2015. I will hold this offer until Tuesday so she has time to think about it without pressure.
                    Our website states with have a 3 day exchange program, but we can all see it was well past 4,5,6 days or even a week before we were contacted by Ms. [redacted] about being unhappy. I have put the paper work on hold on the 2015 until this coming Tuesday.
