I moved into the apartment in May of 2019, A/C been broken all summer and Now the heat isn’t working. The ceiling is leakin water, and its Mice EVERYWHERE. I have 3 kids in my apartment. I have asthma and so does my 2 year old daughter. We been using heaters and the oven to keep warm but I don’t know what else to do. The leasing company haven’t been here in Months.

I moved in on June 5, 2019 at the time of move in I had already waited to move in 2 months. The day I moved in they were changing my door which has yet to be painted. I have been out of A/C since I've moved in, there's always gnats in my apartments. I have carpet with burnt marks and it has never been cleaned. my floor is sinking in due to the leaking from the faucet in the tub, the toilet never holds the water in the tank. the pole from my closet to hang my clothes up hasn't been fixed. they also asked me to fill in the move in check off list and nothing has been fixed at all. it is literally 80 + degrees in my apartment ( I have pictures with the temperatures), these are deplorable living conditions. when you call the office you can never contact any one, and when you do they say that they're putting everything on rush order but yet its been almost 2 months and it not getting any colder outside. just Monday July 29, 2019 the building next door caught fire. this is the worst experience I've ever encountered. These apartments should be condemned. I've withheld rent because they aren't providing any services or any accommodation and I've also sent a certified letter and still nothing has been fixed to this date.

My air has been out since May 20th, 2019. I have contacted the office everyday and I am told each time that they will come fix the issues. They sent someone out and they put a portable AC in my bedroom. They have not fully resolved the issue. The rest of my residence does not have working AC and it is very hot in the rest of the home. I have continued to contact the business in order to fully resolve the issue. Rarely are my calls answered and I am continually told that they will send someone out. I continue to pay my rent on time even though they do not seem to want to fix the problems with the AC. The lights in the hallway and the outside lights are also not working. I have put new bulbs in the fixtures and that does not work.

I moved into this apartment May 31, 2019, none of the repairs were ever done, this includes: broken bedroom window, no electrical outlets in bedroom #2 work, the baseboards are missing, the painting they did is horrible, it's already starting to peel, doors are not hanging properly, the door handles are missing, the kitchen sink is leaking from the top and the bottom, we had to put the blinds up ourselves, and not all the blinds were provided which they were supposed to be, there is a missing outlet cover in kitchen, which is low to the floor (we have a child in the house), in the bathroom, the toilet flusher is "fixed" with a coat hanger, making it hard to flush, as of yesterday, we cannot get any hot water--it doesn't even come out, but the cold water does (they were working down there yesterday), our balcony rail is loose; the apartment management has been notified of all these things and have put us off. Often times, the phone is not answered. I also don't have access to my mailbox, they were to have given us a mailbox key and they not done so. We had to have our own house keys made, they didn't supply them. I have a work order but nothing has been done. They moved us in knowing that the apartment wasn't ready and we asked NOT to be moved in there. The work order says that the work will be completed in one week and it's been two months. We have paid rent and a deposit.

Moved into this complex January of 2018, moved out February of 2019. A month after moved in, water started to pour from ceiling of my bathroom literally like a water-fall, where the electrical light, tub and toilet sits. I have escaped being electrocuted several times because of the water. While in tub, on toilet and just from cleaning the mess up. Complaint to office and called the emergency line and no one came out, AT ALL. Spoke with regional Manager and showed video, he has not returned e-mail and let office know he has no number to be contacted by. DO NOT RENT HERE, DO NOT RENT HERE. DO NOT RENT HERE. The staff is VERY unprofessional. They do not return calls UNLESS it's about your rent. I have complained about the noise over my head and NOTHING was done. They will come collect rent. MY RENT WAS ALWAYS ON TIME. yet nothing was done.. What if I died?, from electrocution? The office told me that is not worthy of a refund. This place has spiders and alot of mold. I have ALL the pictures.

For the past 2 weeks I have been unable to use my bathroom tub and toilet. A black substance is coming up through the drain on both. It is disgusting. I also have a wet floor in one of my bedrooms. It seems like a pipe has busted and the carpet is now smelly and mildewed. I have been reporting these issues to the leasing office for over 2 weeks and nothing has been done. I even threatened to withhold rent hoping that would solve the problem but all they have done is take down my phone number.

This business is really unprofessional. I have been complaining about black mold for 1 1/2 months and nothing has been done. The mold is especially bad in my 2 yr old son's bedroom. He is premature and this is effecting his health. My place flooded September 7, 2018. I informed the leasing office in an emergency call at 3am on 9/7/18. I did not receive a return a phone call. I called the emergency line several times for them to document the issue. I spoke with the leasing office and was told someone would come to clean the carpet. Even though this would not resolve the issue it did not happen either. There is water damage in the ceiling and it is cracking, the faucet in my tub is protruding from the wall, I was affected by a bedbug outbreak due to their negligence. The walls are cracking and buckling and poisonous mushrooms are growing from the walls. They clearly don't care about their residents, only receiving the money.

I have been a tenant since November 2017. A couple months ago I noticed a leak in my bathroom and water pouring from the utility closet and I notified you. You sent some one for repairs but it still leaks and now there is mold.

I am renting an apartment from this company. I started renting a few months back. When I first moved in, there was an issue with the heat. The heat would not work and I would have to use my stove to heat up my apartment. I tried to get someone out numerous times, and they finally fixed the issue but it wasn't until it started getting hot outside in April. This then led into my next issue, my AC has not been working. I have had to stay in a hotel because they haven't fixed this situation. I call, I go to the office, I have been doing everything I can but they don't come fix it for me. Then just a few days ago, my electric went out. When I moved in, they told me they took care of electric and that I wouldn't need to provide my own service. I have been trying to get the property company to fix this, but they haven't done anything. The property company acts like they don't know whats going on. I have bought groceries and things that need me to have my electric, but I cannot get anything resolved. I have also been having issues with bugs. I am not sure if its directly related to the fact that I have no AC, but the property company wont come to spray my apartment. They have not provided quality service since I have moved in. They told me they would transfer me to another apartment, but they have not told me when. I was told this apartment was move in ready when I signed with this company, this was clearly not true.
