I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
hi my name is *** *** im the complaintint towards riverview auto sales and repair I do not agree with his statments he is liying about it all.in regards to the heat he did not correct it I droped truck off with him for days and he stated to me he would have it fixed and its still not fixed to this day 12/23/16 in regards to the rear end leaking it still has not been fixed I brought it to his attention and all he said to me was maybe the ebrake was hung up and thats not the case u can smell the gear oil burning and see smoke from rear end and he seen it and smelt it him self in regards to the u-joint he never fixed that eather he stated to me once before that he will pack it with grease and see what happens then I tould it back to him and tould him it was still clicking and he said he will change it so I took his word on it and he never did he packed it with grease again because the clicking from it is still there and happening today in regards to the electric door locks I tould him the pass side window did not work and the door locks did not work he said he would take care of it with USED parts form a junk yard he did fixe passanger side window switch but door locks did not get fixed like he said he fixed but didint so there is another liye in regards to the engine running rough during idle I brought it up to him number of times even first day I picked up the truck it had problems and stalled out in my sisterinlaws drive way and threw a code for a crank shaft sensor and he took care of that problem and since thene it will run rough at times for several min in regards to the warranty he provided it does cover motor trans rear end front end and electrical he has not onered the warranty he says he takes care of problems but dosent in regards to the payments I am up to date on all payments and I have papers hear that I signed saying I would do weekly payments of $a week this guy tould me I could do weekly or bi weekly or montly but the payment had to be there by first friday of month and it has been and I am not late any payments or missing any payments I have all resipets to prove it and I will no longer take payments to him face to face I will be mailing them to him certified mail because he is very rude and ignorinte to me saying he will be there to take truck no matter what and running his mouth for no reason and as for dec payment I tookd a bi weekly payment in to him in beging of month first friday dec and I made other bi weekly payment to him on 12/16/so dec is paid in full with reciets to prove it and I am not dissatisfied with there service cause of my financial situation I am current on all my bills im unstatisfied with him and his business and job skills due to the liying saying he is fixing or did fix when he did not fix it and personaly I think he dont know how to fix vehical or do it properly by state law and dont know how to manage a business by state laws thank you for your time happy holidays sunsierly

To whom it may concern,    This is in regards to Complaint ID: [redacted], Mr. [redacted] was upset when he knew he had to put collision on his vehicle, he removed collision from the vehicle. We then had to get in contact with him, which began an argument about insurance...

policies.    We told him we require collision on his vehicle while he has a loan through us, which he's now behind on payments. When he came in to speak to me about fixing his vehicle he overheard me speaking about putting used parts on a personal vehicle to another customer, and assumed we were putting used parts on his vehicle leading to the complaint being filed.In regards to the Heat, We had corrected the issue.In regards to the Rear End Leak, He had never mentioned or stated anything about this issue.In regards to the U-Joints, We had fully replaced the u-joint and other accompanying parts. In regards to the Electric door Locks, we had never been notified of this issue as well.In regards to the Engine running rough during idle, not only did we not see any issues with the engine, we also were never notified that he was had this problem.Please note that the warranty we provide on our vehicles only covers the Transmission and Engine. So the issues with the Heat and U-joints were corrected out of warranty on behalf of River View to keep him as good customer.    When he came in for the most recent payment, we inquired about the complaint, Mr. [redacted] only provided half a payment and made no comments regarding the complaint.    He is dissatisfied with our services due to his current financial situation, we know this because he stated he is short on cash during the holiday season. So we asked if he would like to take the truck back and end the contract, and he ignored us.Thank you.River View Auto Sales.
