I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
At this point there is no way we could ever be satisfied with [redacted] response. The first problem is he lied in the letter to you regarding the auto check report. I paid for one and told him the car had been in an accident. That was after he kept blaming me for frame damage to the car when they had for the check engine light. He kept insisting I had hit a curb or something else. The second problem is the initials on that promissory note are mine, but the signatures at the bottom I do not believe were made by myself or my husband. But if they were ours why were we not given a copy of it. When I asked [redacted] to mail me a copy he said he did, but as of today I have still not received it. When we discussed the tax matter I was not in agreement with giving them more money. If I had been told exactly what I was signing I would not have done it. We were not sure how much we were getting back, [redacted] estimated what it would be and was he ever wrong. I knew we had other bills that had to be caught up on before we could do anything else. The money was already spoken for so I would not have agreed to it. And then we had a family medical emergency that we had to take care of.. think its kind of funny that he forgot to mention he called my husbands cell phone and left a threatening voice mail. And he took the car back on February 24, 2015. At this point even an apology would not make  this go away. He sold us a  lemon and in most states that's illegal. Had we  been told about the cars history we would not have purchased it. I needed a safe vehicle to drive my children in.

I am writing this letter  regarding the complaint filed  with you by [redacted] regarding her 2003 [redacted]. When she purchased the vehicle from Riverview Auto Sales we reviewed the Auto Check with her which showed a minor  accident reported in September of 2005  and she...

wa s also provided a copy of the Auto Check .As part of our sales process we have the customer do a thorough review  of the vehicle prior  to purchase and she accepted the vehicle. [redacted] and her husband[redacted] agreed to make a down pmt of $2000.00  towards the car loan and both signed a Promissory  Note which as of this date the down  payment is in default. As to the statement of the car being in the shop for 3 weeks that is not correct, the car was at the dealership for 3 days to complete  the service and safety and the customer  was provided a dealership courtesy car at no expense to them. Please see the enclosed letter from the customer  directed to me with accusations of being a thief  liar and forging their  name. We have made effort to resolve any issues with [redacted] and [redacted] however they have refused to contact our office .Should you need additional information or have further  questions feel free to call me at [redacted].
