HORRIBLE!
I talked to the company on phone for over 30 minutes about our pets over a week ago, , they said all were fine. Filled out the onlne forms. They approved the pet sitting and sent me my confirmation/approved. Then,They came to my home and TOOK 2 house keys! Ran my Credit card! then the next day I get a phone call from the an employee, Cancelling! and then were so UNPROFESSIONAL and made lies(owner is in the hospital, cant speak to you, When I questioned WHY and where are your Policies?) and that I wanted to speak to the owner, who the employee blamed for cancelling our reservation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I see they have gotten other BAD review(see 12/24/2013 by AA[redacted]) no wonder! SO NOW THEY HAVE MY 2 HOUSE KEYS, AND MY CREDIT CARD INFO! What kind of company does that? A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ONE! this surely reflects upon the owner and how she manages her business. I am disabled and we now have only one house key THEY HAVE OUR 2 HOUSE KEYS! my husband and I are disabled and now both dont have keys, this is put a severe strain on us we now have to go make ourselves more keys,and we our both to be resting/out of the heat! and as of now have NO PEACE OF MIND, SINCE THIS COMPANY STOLE OUR 2 HOUSEKEYS! THEY NEVER GAVE IT BACK TO US! THEY NEED TO RETURN TO US TODAY! IMMEDIATLEY. very dangerous for them to have our keys. they also ran my husband Credit card, so now they have all our info as well!! help!
