The manufacturer of the home [redacted] has been informed of the warranty items that need fixed and will make necessary arrangements to schedule repairs The A/C installer has been informed of the issue with the unit and will make arrangements to repair All repairs should be completed directly

I ordered the door in April for her husband, *** This was a special order so we had to wait until for it to be manufactured I let them know that there might be a delay when they made the purchaseWe have been notified that the door has been shipped and will be delivered by Wednesday 7/29/We will call them to pick up as soon as it arrivesSpecial order doors are not refundable but If they contact me before delivery, I will refuse the door and refund all of their money plus 20% I have tried to contact them (left messages) with this offer but they have not gotten back me

In response to the above complaint, [redacted] the manufacturer of the home inspected the home on 11-23-and found a vent pipe not properly connected in the attic above the bathroom plus the vent pipe had a bow to it which caused moisture to accumilate and freeze at colder temps Repairs were done and [redacted] spoke to [redacted] 12-1-and so far they have not noticed any more smell As far as the paving of the driveway, when estimates were done at the beginning of the project were for the distance where the new road and where the house would be installed were calculated and was based on that When the garage was built before the final driveway and main road finished [redacted] paved a section in front of the garage and the side of the house which [redacted] The homeowners son [redacted] paid an additional $to pave under the side porch Once the new street was paved and drive way completed the year later the homeowner the [redacted] contaced [redacted] to do the rest of the driveway to connect to the main road, apparently the distance was longer and wider than originally estimated which thier remaining funds do not match [redacted] also said costs for materials have gone up and the estimate was nearly years old From the begining we understood the State would do a section from where the new main road would be to the driveway which was not done We will contact both parties and the state of maine department of transportation to try to resolve this some how[redacted]
