Dear *** ***: I have read your complaint and do not understandOur hotel never offered rooms with one queen size bed and a Jacuzzi tubThe only rooms we offer that would fit this accommodation is the king size room (That we no longer offer) and the queen beds as you stood in this
stayI did talk with the employee again and he did inform me that he did tell that if you left you would still be chargedI am sorry that you were given this information I did not think my front desk would give out information to our guestsThis is currently being addressed. Due to you receiving this information I will be willing to offer you 50% (percent) off your stay for the inconveniences you had. When you first brought your complaint about your first room with us we immediately apologized and switched your room into a room that has been renovated.    We have a 24 hour front desk that would have gladly switched your room again if you found it to be unsatisfactory. If you would have given us the opportunity to correct this issue we would have done so for you. As I told you when I spoke to you on the phone we will not be able to refund your stay as you indeed did stay at the property.
