Again MrTed [redacted] of Riverwood Pools comes to my rescueTed had replaced my pool liner in and my pool pump motor in August 7, I discovered my pump was not moving any waterI called TedIn talking with Ted , we determined the motor was ok, but the impeller was probably brokenI removed motor and found broken impellerTed got impeller and shaft seal the next day and delivered to meI installed parts and was back running in three days at a very reasonable cost.I have found Ted to be Honest, Reasonable and Trustworthy

My wife and I met with Ted W [redacted] (owner) of Riverwood Pools on a Saturday in mid-May.After speaking with others (that never showed up) I knew Ted was the builder we wanted.He asked us what WE wanted in a pool and listened to our requestHe explains in detail what you will face during the next weeks of construction.We had tons of rock to remove -which helped level off our yard- numerous drainage situation- a 50" retaining wall to be constructed-outdoor LED lighting inside the wall-and thousands of square feet of concrete on different patios that surround one large Kidney shaped pool.We also went with limestone / natural stone coping around pool.All above mentioned were discussed before a price was given.We wanted a low-chlorine chemfiltration system -Ted suggested an Ultraviolet -Nature system (which is the closest to drinking water in your pool) paired with a variable speed pump-which runs at different speeds to save on utility bills-running thru a high efficiency gas heater.-which was only used weeksWhen he added up final cost it was right were we wanted to be.We had done our homework before speaking to Ted -so we knew the high and low cost and he was within our price range.Ted and his son Casey are nicest people you will meetHis crew is polite and courteous and leave your yard free of litter.Please note that MOST pool builders sub out masons to do or finish their concrete work-Ted @ Riverwood does it all-from start to finish Ted's a hanfelthe hole working with rest of the crew on a 90+ humid day.We faced TN extremes in the weather-fierce storms-days of rain-which put us behind a couple of weeks -which was alright-I'd rather wait until conditions are favorable than to rush the job and have problems laterIf you are thinking of putting a pool in your backyard Don't rush the job-you'll thank yourself later.We are so pleased with our pool and patios that we asked Ted to double the width of our driveway this past Nov.-he did a great job and also lined our creek-bed with boulders-above & beyond what we requested.I would highly recommend Riverwood Pools for new pool construction and any concrete patio/driveways Contact me @ ***@comcast.net with any questions concerning our pool

Last year Riverwood Pools built a custom in-ground pool for my residence and they exceeded my expectations on every phase from start to finish. They hit all the dates as promised and actually completed it a few days early. They were extremely easy to work with and very responsive after the pool was completed when I had questions as I was a neophyte to owning my own pool. They also were very fair from a cost perspective as well. I continue to use them to close my pool at the end of last season and they will be doing the opening when we hit the warm weather this year..
