Rivets American Grill

Review: Some friends and I went to Rivets American Grill on Sat evening one week ago. Some friends were already waiting there for us, the people I was with walked in seconds before me and we had others on their way. When I walked in, my friend's backs were towards me a few steps ahead I saw our other friends on a table down aways so I proceeded towards them. I took about 7 steps and I was grabbed from behind and pulled back very aggressively. I had not idea who, as I was being pulled and as I was walking backwards trying to keep my balance I noticed it was the security guard pissed at me for not showing my ID. I told him no one asked for it and he needed to let go of me. He continued to pull on me all the way until I was out the door. My friends were screaming at him to let go and he would not listen. By then my other friends that were already at their table came to talk the security guy down and to find out why he was doing that to me, they got kicked out as well, one with a torn shirt. We insisted on talking to management, they would not get management, were very offensive to us and things were so unjust, not only were we thrown out for no valid reason but he was being rude, arrogant and trash talking to us. Some of the people I was with responded with more trash talking and they would not get management to get it resolved and instead the trash talking continued.In summary no one asked for my ID, I saw my friends and simply started walking towards them and with no warning I was grabbed and pulled back. It was when I was being pulled back that I was told why. My neck still hurts. They told him I had just walked in and not standing with them it did not matter. We talked to the owner [redacted] the next 2 days and it did not matter. He accused us of being the ones to start and continue with trouble. He said all his staff said I started it when I did nothing and no one from his staff was there to see how it started except [redacted] the security guy who pulled me.Desired Settlement: I talked to [redacted], the owner, to make him aware of how bad we were treated and instead of apologizing for his staff he became very insulting to me. He would not discuss how it got started and how the whole thing could have easily been avoided. Instead he wanted to focus on the trash talking that went on later after we were treated like common thugs or gang members. At that time an apology for his staff would have been enough. Now, he needs to fire [redacted] and agree to re train the staff
