Hello ***,My name is [redacted] * [redacted] I am the AGM of the Riviera MotelSorry for the lateness, after talking to manager and confirming storiesIn response to this we did everything correct to our rule guideWe have a Hour Cancellation police and in this time we called the customer(like we do to all) to confirm what time the customer will arriveIt was in that time the customer said no they will not be able to make it leaving us with days of booked room to fill and pay for commission to ExpediaNow since this is a OTA reservation room and OTA charges full commission if not cancelled before a time period on a bookingSince most payment are Authorized before handAll in all we are up for paying the balance back however In this case what happens the customer must follow the complaint through their credit card companyThe credit card company ask us for prof of stay, cancellation, reason and such Since we wont have any(Cause both parties followed rules) the credit card company(On our side will take the money back) and it will be refunded to the customer.This was just wrong place wrong time in when we were notified of not "no show" reservationMiscommunication in both parties that can be resolvedPlease send this to the customer as I [redacted] * [redacted] wont to fix this(and the review made on our yelp) cannot refund without information the customer must follow through with there credit card company.If you need to call me at [redacted] * [redacted]

I think the motel owners have made a living through lyingIn regards to their response, I am not from Stanton and Iam from a well to do neighborhood in Northern California, we only stayed in their motel due to us wanting to be near Knotts Berry Farm and their fake sign being $per night attracted us. My complaint was and is not the only complaint regarding this motel on the Revdex.com websiteIn light of this, I encourage Revdex.com to take up the offer of these unscrupulous people running this business and do inspect their roomsDo not only look at one room but numerous rooms so you will be able to witness how unhygienic, substandard and breaking many health codes their facilities are. They Motel is also a haven for illegal activity, bearing a place for prostitution and illegal drug dealing, especially at nightWe know this as these illegal activities happen openly in the car park and generally around the premises. I suggest that a member from Revdex.com should stay there for one night and not tell the management who they are so that you would be able to witness the true nature of this unfortunate place of business.Iam expecting Revdex.com and other governmental agencies to clean up this motel and shut them down due to their immoral and unfair treatment to myself and my cousinAs well as the others that have been victims of this establishmentIf Revdex.com or any other government agency would like to contact me direct, please email me directly and I would be happy to call and speak to you over the phone or in person. I also would like to remind Revdex.com that the police were called on that night and the officers truly were in agreement with us on this situation and they were appalled with the actions of the management of this Motel. About the complaint we like to notify Revdex.com that guest did check out early from the motel any refund was due paid back to them, they did get charged for the night they stayed, Room was very clean at the time they checked in, Stanton is a poorest city in Orange county
and every morning out of people asks for money back after spending all night at the motel or they always threaten to us for complaint to Revdex.com, this is one of this example we are dealing with right now, Revdex.com is welcome to inspect our rooms, there was nothing illegal about the transaction with this particular guest,

I complained because the way he advertised his price is a misdomender and he still has taken no measures to correct it and is place is filthy dirty. His sign says but its actually and he has no sign indicating prices anywhere but off the top of his headThe only reason I stopped Was for low price *** ***

He is an out and out liar liar pants on fire. I only stayed for one night and did not complain about hot water.

His sign says 32.99 but its actually 80.00 and he has no sign indicating prices anywhere but off the top of his head. The only reason I stopped
