I am rejecting this response because:it an an absolute lie that any notice was posted at any Stillwater store regarding charges or the upcoming closing of the facility on WesternThe employees at the 6th Street location were so stressed out and mad about the Western store
closing unexpectedly because they were given zero notice and their store was swamped due to the other store closingThere was one worker at the 6th Street location that night of the closing and the place was packed with angry and frustrated customers from the Western locationEvery customer was complaining about the unexpected closing and that there was no sign up or no prior noticeThe employee at 6th street apologized and stated that the employees had no idea eitherAs far as the billing change and the alleged day notice in all stores- once again, even the employees stated they didn't know why the billing went up and apologized saying they had no idea it was going to raiseAs a matter of fact, one employee stated that they couldn't do that because they never let us know they were going toThe fact that the response from Riviera is completely ridiculous is no surpriseA management that can't successfully operate a busy store at the Western location and closes it with no warning prior to raising prices "to cover expenses" is a complete jokeThe employees at each location acknowledge the laughable management and the Riviera's Facebook page acknowledges the overall dissatisfaction of every customerThe fact that their voicemail is full when you call is another indication of the amateur level of managementI am; however, satisfied with one thing regarding the response and that is the cancellation of membership August Thank you.

Thank you for the desired result. The hope is that in the future, the customer can go back to where they set the account up with the written 30 day cancellation notice per policy and the 30 days starts the day they turn it in. Yes, it was already understood that it should be 31 July 2015 when we gave written notice on 24 June 2015. Not 01 September 2015.
