Main issue is with the management Both manager and assistant and completely incompatant and lazyMost place look after the well being of their tenants, but all they care about is what the latest gossip is or they're just never thereAccording to them they have new owners so I asked for information on them so I could complain to themSo she says they have no info on that yet and that she's the highest person in chargeThis all started with a noise my fridge was making and asked for them to come check it outThey did and in the process I found and bunch of cockroach dropping in my freezer behind a panelSo I called the manager and she said she would order me a second hand one I said okay problem solvedToday I went in to see how that was going then she tells me she's not gonna do anything cause its working fine and there roach dropping is not her problemI am not a messy person at all and haven't seen roaches in my apartment they are every where else thoughI have talked to so many other residents and all have had many problems with the property manager its never her fault it either ours or the owners who ever they areJust a very poorly managed complex and they just raised everyone's rentThe grounds and terrible first step would get a better manager she thinks she knows everything but does absolutely nothingDO NOT MOVE HERE JUST A LOT OF HEADACHES

In October I moved inThe day I moved in, I called the office to verify that I can move in and that my apartment is availableThey said can you come in a few hours I said okSo when I showed up a few hours laterThey said the apartment is not going to be available until 5pmit was noonSo we were able to slowly move in and let the maintenance finish upThe day after I moved in I noticed I didn't have a mailbox key so I went to the office and found out that they didn't have my keyit took them weeds to get me a mailbox keyWe also had several maintenance issues in just a few monthsNow I am trying to break the lease and I put in a day notice and the manager wanted to charge me for the entire lease even though the lease said otherwiseNow I moved out with a few months left on my lease and discovered that the refrigerator and stove have been removed and also the bedroom door, and the bedroom windowWithout any notice to enterThe worst part now is my tv stand was removed as wellSo there is some theft going onBut my apartment was not burglarizedIt looks like the management is responsibleI called the police and filed a police reportthis apartment is a nightmare and needs to be shut downThe manager is a compulsive liarAnd it looks like she wants to scam me
