This customer was given plenty of opportunities to voice her displeasure with the service. She could have told us during the service, or even before she paid, but she...
walked out seemingly satisfied after all services were complete. Only until later did she contact us to complain and demand her money back. We kindly told her our policy is to repair any issues she had but we do not offer refunds. There is a sign clearly displayed in our salon that states exactly that. She refused our offers to correct her problems and simply demanded her money. We then told her to come back to remove any products we used on her and only then would we give a refund. She has yet to come back.
