Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The kit was not fully shipped, and the one crate that arrived at the end of July was nearly a month late which pushed my truck build back in the shops schedule nearly five weeksThe crate did not come with an inventory list to compare against what arrived to verify the lift kit was completeThere was no way to know if all the parts where there until the shop began the buildUpon building the truck with available parts I personally notified Rize in regards to the missing parts as well as the shopSome of the parts delivered are not applicable to a 14" lift kit and are too short or for the wrong vehicleRize was notified of this as wellI informed them as well as the shopThere is also still on this date of Dec 14th a list of missing parts and parts that dont work that has been submitted to Rize industries.Rize claims to have shipped the remaining parts worth about $7,yet fails to provide a tracking numberI have been told numerous times the remaining parts are on their way yet never arriveRize claimed the lift kit is one of a kind yet sent me parts to a 12" lift kit and 8" lift and resulted in the lift not properly fitting on my vehicleThe shop has been trying to stay in contact as well as myself with Rize Ind without much luckTo put this situation in perspective I bought the lift kit in May and gave the go ahead to produce the custom lift in marchIt is now December and I still do not have a complete lift kitmonths of promises to deliver and still no resolution.Between the absence of responses and failure of Rize Industries to remedy this issue has left me with no choice but to reject this response as fallacy Regards, [redacted]

Order lift kit from RIZE Industries$10,was paid to them on 02/12/for the productProduct not receivedUnable to contact RIZE Industries for status of delivery or refund. There were boxes that were sent out, UPS lost of the 10, customer was given a full refund

Customers kit was shipped, one of the crates was lost in shipping, this wasn't brought to my attention until over days later, in the meantime I tried to file a claim against the shipping company witch I was unable to because of the time frame, we then had what we thought was in the lost crate replaced, over $in merchandise and shipped to the customer, we are now working with the shop that is doing the install to complete his build

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I was under the assumption the parts was ready to ship and in boxes already with a tracking label created over a month ago on 8/04/,I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved Regards, [redacted]

Customer is correct, he has not received all of the product he has purchased through me, we are more than willing to issue a refund for the shocks he has not received, total of refund will be the cost of shocks minus the HIGH EXPOSURE discount he was given, or we will give him a full refund if he
wishes to return the full kit, the shock manufacture has built the wrong shocks twice now, the new order has been placed and will be completed in weeks, if he is willing to wait the weeks we will have them dropped shipped to him

The kit was not fully shipped, and the one crate that arrived at the end of July was nearly a month late which pushed my truck build back in the shops schedule nearly five weeksThe crate did not come with an inventory list to compare against what arrived to verify the lift kit was completeThere was no way to know if all the parts where there until the shop began the build.
Upon building the truck with available parts I personally notified Rize in regards to the missing parts as well as the shopSome of the parts delivered are not applicable to a 14" lift kit and are too short or for the wrong vehicleRize was notified of this as wellI informed them as well as the shopThere is also still on this date of Dec 14th a list of missing parts and parts that dont work that has been submitted to Rize industriesRize claims to have shipped the remaining parts worth about $7,yet fails to provide a tracking numberI have been told numerous times the remaining parts are on their way yet never arriveRize claimed the lift kit is one of a kind yet sent me parts to a 12" lift kit and 8" lift and resulted in the lift not properly fitting on my vehicleThe shop has been trying to stay in contact as well as myself with Rize Ind without much luck.
To put this situation in perspective I bought the lift kit in May and gave the go ahead to produce the custom lift in marchIt is now December and I still do not have a complete lift kitmonths of promises to deliver and still no resolutionBetween the absence of responses and failure of Rize Industries to remedy this issue has left me with no choice but to reject this response as fallacy

The kit was not fully shipped, and the one crate that arrived at the end  of July was nearly a month late which pushed my truck build back in the shops schedule nearly five weeks. The crate did not come with an inventory list to compare against what arrived to verify the lift kit was complete. There was no way to know if all the parts where there until the shop began the build. Upon building the truck with available parts I personally notified Rize in regards to the missing parts as well as the shop. Some of the parts delivered are not applicable to a 14" lift kit and are too short or for the wrong vehicle. Rize was notified of this as well. I informed them as well as the shop. There is also still on this date of Dec 14th a list of missing parts and parts that dont work that has been submitted to Rize industries.Rize claims to have shipped the remaining parts worth about $7,000.00 yet fails to provide a tracking number. I have been told numerous times the remaining parts are on their way yet never arrive. Rize claimed the lift kit is one of a kind yet sent me parts to a 12" lift kit and 8" lift and resulted in the lift not properly fitting on my vehicle. The shop has been trying to stay in contact as well as myself with Rize Ind without much luck. To put this situation in perspective I bought the lift kit in May and gave the go ahead to produce the custom lift in march. It is now December and I still do not have a complete lift kit. 7 months of false promises to deliver and still no resolution.Between the absence of responses and failure of Rize Industries to remedy this issue has left me with no choice but to reject this response as fallacy.

I am still waiting on my parts I ordered 07/22/2014 I am re opening the case. [redacted] said it would be two weeks after his last Revdex.com response. I have not heard from [redacted] since Oct 10 2015 it is now 01/05/2016 Complaint: The company has strung me along with excuses he owes me $4981.66 dollars in parts I paid him in full $6481.99 on 07/22/14 it is now 09/08/15. They have not made contact with me in a month. Not by email, text message, voice mail or by phone call, and are not responding and communicating in any way shape or form.
Desired outcome: Deliver the rest of the parts or refund me $4981.66. You have held onto my money long enough and you gave me false information. When I ordered the lift kit on 07/22/2014 you told me the everything was ready to ship, once the shocks where refurbished.

replaced, over $7000.00 in merchandise and shipped to the customer, we are now working with the shop that is doing the install to complete his build

Review: We decided to make our new truck a show truck and we bought a suspension lift kit for our new 2014 Platinum truck. We spoke to Rize Industries and custom ordered a 14" lift kit. We paid $13,049.63 in a certified cashier check to Rize Industries at the beginning of May. They were supposed to ship it to Legendary Diesel, which is the shop that was going to assemble the lift on our new truck. Only half of the lift arrived at the end of July. After several months of back and forth email and phone calls Rize kept saying they were going to ship the rest of it out. Now it is December and we still do not have the complete lift and they will not respond to emails, texts, Facebook messages, or phone calls. I have receipts for the lift from Rize, bank statements, emails, phone logs and exact dates of all communications, payments, and partial deliveries.Desired Settlement: I would like the prompt delivery of my missing parts and or a refund of the $13,049.63 I paid to them back in May.
