Do not use this law firmWe have been in the process of probate for almost two years nowOur attorney, Stephen C***, was great in the beginningHe was available for meetings and seemed very knowledgeable about the processHowever as we got closer to our court date communication when downhill very rapidlyHe did not even inform us when the judge had made his decision, we had to find out by calling the courthouse ourselvesHe also misrepresented aspects of our case, combining two issues which should have been separate, resulting, we feel, in an unfair decision by the judgeSince then we have had many scheduled phone conferences which have been missed and when we called were told Attorney C*** was "in court" or "not in the office"Do not use this law office

My wife and I hired attorney [redacted], from Rizzo & Diersen, to handle a case with our property management company. Before we hired [redacted], our propert management company tried to make us pay approximately $740 in dues and their attorney fees. We then hired [redacted] to represent us. My wife and I and our property management company could not come to an agreement as far as the payment amount and their attorney fees. We (including [redacted]) met with our property management company and their attorney in court for mediation, to try and resolve the matter. The Mediator said to [redacted] and our property management's attorney, "I know both of you and we have done this before"! I thought to myself, "what kind of conspiracy is going on here"! When it was all said and done, we ended up paying approximately $1,400 to our property management's attorney! What did [redacted] do for us? Absolutely nothing but double the amount we paid to our property management company. Where is the justice here and what kind of conspiracy is going on?? My wife and I are just beside ourselves!!!!
