We show that Rizzo Environmental Services Supervisor had visited residence 3 times within one week. The visits were to inspect small dents in a metal can, which unfortunately dent very easily. When Supervisor knocked on the door and rung the doorbell there was no answer at... residence. Supervisor later returned 2 additional times knocking on the door and ringing the doorbell, Supervisor apologized at the time Resident answered for disturbing and/or scaring resident. Supervisor and Resident inspected a metal can with small dents, Supervisor explained that trash bin was still usable but offered to bang out dents for resident, also informed resident that she could contact city and buy one of the carts the city provide, to which resident agreed.
