Tell us why here Revdex.com, I am not sure if this is the same customer, however, we had a customer who wrote us regarding a [redacted] product purchased from our [redacted] location We wrote back to apologize for the outdated product sold to the customer and to issue the customer a credit/refund to the customer The customer wrote back that there was a law in the United States that we had to credit back times the amount if an expired product was sold to the customer We were not aware of such law in the United States and wrote back we are only able to credit them the amount of the item only The customer wrote back that this was now the law in China We wrote back to the customer that we will be only be able to credit the customer the amount only and I believe we were still waiting for the customer's answer since we did not see any email from the customer I am not certain if this is the same customer, however, the customer also had a friend on the same flight who purchased the same product This customer agreed with the refund of the amount of the item and the credit/refund process was completed Please contact me for any questions or concerns and I will be more than happy to assit Best regards, Alan Nakatani Operations Support Manager, DFS-SFO 415-264- [email protected]

credit/refund to the customer.  The customer wrote back that there was a law in the United States that we had to credit back 3 times the amount if an expired product was sold to the customer.  We were not aware of such law in the United States and wrote back we are only able to credit them the amount of the item only.  The customer wrote back that this was now the law in China.  We wrote back to the customer that we will be only be able to credit the customer the amount only and I believe we were still waiting for the customer's answer since we did not see any email from the customer.
