Terrible people and terrible customer service. They towed my car one night after parking in a lot that I had parked in for over a year with no issues. They claim to have been towing from that spot for three years which I really struggle to believe as I've never had problem leaving my car there in the past when visiting my friends who lived right in the building next to the lot. When I came to pick up my car, they directed me to some dark ally in the ghetto with no professional company building anywhere in site, just an empty lot. These boys who work for this "company" were so rude and disrespectful towards me. They had nasty attitudes, swearing at us, belligerent, and just extremely unprofessional. If that's how you talk to people and if that's your definition of customer service, PLEASE don't quit your day job! Just stick with towing cars. Worst customer experience I have ever encountered.

Review: I was given an itemized bill for services that were performed on my vehicle, however some of the services were not performed but I was charged for them. I tried calling the business they told me to bring down the vehicle to be repaired however it was not able to be driven back to the business I tried calling again I was told that they would look at it monday because they supposedly have a half day on fridays and they were closing but the hours of operations says 7-5 Mon-Fri and Saturday 7-3. Its very odd that my vehicle isnt running correctly. They also cracked my radiator causing antifreeze to leak out the bottom of my car and now I'm not able to work after paying them $640 for them to repair a converter and a coolant flush. They didnt perform the coolant flush according to my uncle who is a mechanic who looked at the cracked radiator he found a muddy substance in the radiator cap. I wouldnt recommend anyone go have services on their vehicle to this place. Very unprofessional.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the coolant flush because it wasnt performed $70. the cost for getting my radiator replaced parts and labor
