I am rejecting this response because the vendor delayed credit to the Visa at least five (5) days as substantiated by the facts below. I have been advised by legal counsel that this is not a standard or reasonable business practice especially considering the amount of money involved. As of this date I do not know if the credit has actually been applied.1) $7,169.61 was paid to the vendor by Visa in 3 installments on November 4, 6 and 8.2) To avoid paying Visa processing fee I paid the vendor cash on the morning of November 10.3) I have a text from the vendor stating they would process the fee at their convenience no sooner than Nov 15.Sincerely,
