Review: I am a resident in a homeowner's community managed by RJ Management. Over a week ago I contacted the business regarding a serious life or death issue. there is a tree on their property that is ready to fall on top of my house/property. The manager to date has refused to contact me back. I called four times so far. The staff was disrespectful to me when I called and was asking question with the secretary, Josh, indicating he wanted to pick up another call instead. This is an issue placing myself and my family in imminent danger of death or serious bodily injury. I've tried to resolve it but they refuse to do their job.Desired Settlement: Cut down the two trees after notifying me of when this will be done so that I can secure my property.

We have been working with the complainant about the issue since the first call was revived one week ago today. We have investigated the area (see the attached) and the allegations that the tree is going to fall on her home. As you can see from the picture the tree is located at least 20 to 25 feet from the home with long hanging branches. Additionally, there is a dispute on who owns the tree and how to have this resolved without an additional expense to the Homeowners of the [redacted] Commons Community. The tree in question is healthy at this point with no signs of up rooting, disease, or rotting. The tree is NOT in immediate damage of falling at this moment. All of the above was discussed with the complainant on the phone this morning. A result is still pending on how the issue will be resolved, but we are working diligently on this issue in a reasonable time frame.

Review: Hello,I have been a resident of my community since December of 2011. My association has selected this company to be the property manager. I have always paid my dues. I live on an end townhouse, in this association the homeowner is responsible for maintaining all structural issues as well as regular upkeep to the lawn and property. Where my property ends, there is a hillside which is not my property. On that hillside there are many trees, and one tree has grown so tall, that it reaches the top of my roof with big thick branches. These branches are hitting against my chimney and destroying the cap on top of it. Over three years, I have had squirrels in my house caused by the big tree enveloping it. During storms, the tree branches smack against my house and my windows. I called [redacted], owner of this company and account manager for my community, about this issue in early July of 2014. He brought the issue to the community board of directors who all agreed the tree needs to be removed. Since then I have called 4 times to speak with him to ask him when the removal service was scheduled. He explained each time that the tree company would let him know when the put it on the schedule. Now almost two months later, I tried calling today. He had someone else return my call to tell me that he will let me know when it is on the schedule to be removed. Tonight I came home to a foul smell. Turns out, there was a dead squirrel in my chimney along with a live one that was running around my house urinating. My health, and my wife's health is at risk dealing with dead and live squirrels and the flys and maggots along with. This company demands that if they have a problem with your lawn, that you correct it in 15 days. They don't live by their own standards. I have a much worse issue that needs faster care than tall grass or visible garbage cans. My property is being destroyed and my family's health is at risk. I need RJ community management to remove this tree two months has been long enough.Desired Settlement: I need to know which tree removal company will be performing the service, and I need to be on the schedule for the tree to be removed with them. I need this tree removed by September 15th. I have been very patient on this process, and I don't feel that I should have to wait any longer for this to happen.
