Hello , We had a telephonic conversation with stephen regarding the complaint and we explained that we do not ask any details like account numbers to the customersWe also made him aware strictly denying the calls who claim to be RJTECH and try to scam you by asking the details like account numbers etcwe also made him aware if in future he had any issues in computer , please email us at [redacted] and we will fix the issue without service charges

Hi Team, we would like to inform that we have not called the customer, he has received call back from other third company I think and told that we are going to refund.

Hi , As we went through the records of the customer *** *** , we never threatened Stephen for any deletion of email , We dont have any *** *** As an agent who threatened him .We believe he has called another company .We dont ask customer account details
.Besides to that Stepen is our valuable customer we can check problems on the computer which he is facing .please reach us throuch email at *** or call * *** *** *** from AM EST to PM EST for all the computers for which he is facing problem.we assure every issue will be fixed in timely manner

Dear *** ***, According to the customer complaint we haven't called the customer for any services or upgrade of servicesWe worked on his computer and installed the security system for days ,as the contract with the customer was one month technical support
and Installation of Product Stopzilla Antivirus for we have already provided that to the customer .The name *** she mentions is not our employee in records ,it can be that some other person called her and asked for upgrade ,requesting you to please share the details of the number from which she received call for upgrade so that we can audit the case further. Now the customer asking for refund after receiving services from RJTECH SOLUTIONS which is not in refund policy ,request you please call us on * *** *** *** or email us on *** for any issue in computer which she is facing on computer right now,we will fix that without charging her for one instance.Regards,Support Team *** ***

 They contacted me about a refund but wanted me to log onto a site for them to refund it, the last time I was logged onto a site with them their employee erased all my email. The purchase was made with a credit card and they can just refund it to the credit card.

Hello ,      Thanks for your valuable response and feedback towards the services , we would like to know the exact Name of the customer who registered with us and date of purchase so that we can go ahead and pull the records . Besides that we never mention any Brand names like...

[redacted] , we deal with [redacted] products but we are not [redacted] .Please provide us the exact information of customer so that we can check our records to trace what happened over actual call .Thanks ,Support Team [redacted]

A year ago I purchased a package from RJ Tech. They just left me a message saying that they will charge me 500.00 in 5 business days if they don't hear from me and that the money will be charged to my card that I used last time. I called them and they said my other option was to set up another year for 99.00 dollars. I explained that I do not want their service anymore and so they said I would be charged 500 dollars because it was too late to back out. Very upsetting!

While this repair took longer than expected, I am very happy with the results. Nice not to see ads anymore and that I have a very decent speed on this new computer.

Review: Purchased a product on line for computer repair services, I was told I needed to purchase for all the computers in my office.I agreed to do that, my IT guy said he did not want some unknown person having access to our records or computers. RJ said okay they would refund it. it was purchased with a credit card but they insisted they couldn't refund it that way because the money had gone international. I needed to give them my bank account number and they would put it back in our account. Called bank and was told in no uncertain terms not to do that. RJ rep got very upset and threatened to delete all my emails if I didn't give them the account number. I didn't and I'm writing this complaint from a new computer. This company feels like a scam and all the reps that called me after intial sale were from India.Desired Settlement: RefundI don't care about the money as much as getting the word out about this company

Review: The representative at RJ Tech Solutions told me that the StopZilla Antivirus Basic Plan was a 1 year plan with 30 days of free tech support. I agreed to the $99 plan and gave my credit card # for that transaction to take place. The sales rep is now calling me wanting to sell me more protection and has indicated that the $99 was only for 1 month of protection.Desired Settlement: I would like the $99 to be refunded to my credit card.

the service was great! thanks to [redacted] for for the great job he did. very profesional and quick.

[redacted] from RJ Solutions was able to remotely shut down all of my computer's vulnerabilities, while simultaneously speeding up it's performance. This was a major concern for me, as I do all of my banking and also make purchases on my computer.

I needed to change my password on my [redacted] email account and the only number I could find online took me to r j tech solutions.... Let say I never got my password word change ... The guy on the phone keep going on about applying security measures to my email for $100. Dollar charge .. omg he must of been crazy for even asking me about that b.s. well I hope [redacted] remove themselves from all affiliations with this company cause their crooks

[redacted] was very professional and very helpfull

[redacted] is a very professional and experienced technician and helped me greatly with the problems on my computer. I had a very bad virus infection which [redacted] fixed over the course of many hours. He was very patience and very efficient and fixed all of my problems to my complete satisfaction.

RJ Tech Solution, was a great acess for my company we have a big isssued abaout wed virus and as soon I contact [redacted] he was able to clean my networking system as well he intall the best protection that we can have, I full recomend RJ Solution, LLC and [redacted] as the best technician
