RJ will finish, and deliver all of our photos, album, canvas. Everything to be done delivered within the month.

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/02/04) */ [redacted] & [redacted] hired us ( RJ Wedding Photography) to photograph their wedding on April 25-We had signed a wedding photography agreement on May-30-After reading [redacted] 's complaint, we see that she has made a complaint against RJ Wedding PhotographyIn the Complaint it state that we had left the country, which has absolutely nothing to due with our agreementThe agreement is a promise that we will be at their wedding on time, which we wereWe have text messages showing the conversation between [redacted] (XXX-XXX-XXXX) starting on April 25-@ 11:49am stating " Hey, we are hereLet me know when we should come up." We were waiting in the lobby of Hotel Padre in BakersfieldTheir guest book was lost in shipping and I had explained that to them while we were doing the photo session at Padre, and we had come to a agreement that we would provide our Photo Booth Service for free instead of the guest bookSince we had not brought the photo booth with us, we had to go back to our office and pick it up, But we were done and set up way before 6:pm at River Lakes which was the start time agreed on the wedding agreementWe have the photos with metadata showing that we had started our photography at River Lakes at 2:15pmIn our agreement it does state that "The Studio ( RJ Wedding Photography ) does not guarantee to capture any particular image(s) or meet any particualr aesthetic criteria as of its performance under this contract." and it also states that "Digital Negatives are 1800x1200px" And "Prints made at differnt time , from different cameras, or from digital media vsfilm, are expected to have variations from each other in color balance and finish." [redacted] & [redacted] had got discount from their wedding package because they were getting our Client for lifeThe regular price for the package was $they got it for $We are not refusing service to them, they can call us once a year to get there photo session doneWe have tried hard to resolve this issue on our end Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 14, 2016/04/12) */ This issue has not been resolvedI have not been contacted by RJPlease assist

photography agreement on Aug-29-After reading *** complaint, we see that he has made a complaint against RJ Wedding PhotographyWe have done everything in our hands to resolve this matter and also have honored our signed contract with the ***In the complaint it does state that *** has made payment of amount $2,But there total for the wedding was $3,agreed in the wedding contractIn the wedding contract it does state "failure by the client/s to make any payment as and when agreed shall release the studio from any further responsibility under this contract, without the responsibility to return any money previously paid to it under this contract"I did also see that Mr*** has mention that we were out of the country, I would like to state we left the country at the end of Decand there wedding date was on May XX-XXXXIn the Contract it does state "These prices hall be in effect for a period of sixty days after the date of the event"At this moment we would like to resolve this matter by giving the client, USB with wedding photos, a 16xCanvas Gallery Wrapped, and the client already has the Guest photo bookDue to the client not making all payment as agreed & amount of time that has passed, we no longer can offer the album or video as agreed in the contractIf the client wish to purchase the items at the studio's regular price they may do so from the list in effect at the time

No we do not agree with the response from R.J.PhotographyAfter reading his response we reached out to Rj and he agreed to go ahead and make our photo album in addition to the canvas and USB driveWe still have concerns about our wedding video, but we can hopefully work something out with Rj

We paid him $2,and he has not delivered any item in our wedding package, except the guest book that our guests completed themselvesWe owe Rj $and we are going to pay it on the day we receive our items and only then because we already paid in advance and don't want to loose anymore money to this "photographer"The day he delivers our items he agreed on is the day we can pay the remaining balance

We are willing to work this out with the client but we keeping going back to the same thing again and againI agreed to make there album, usb, and canvas but only after they have paid the remaining balance within then the day days we have already given them

RJ Wedding Photography. In the Complaint it state that we had left the country, which has absolutely nothing to due with our agreement.
