Beware of non Revdex.com business Ordered a new scooter and came out of the box with flat tire, notified Progress Mobility and they said you must have run over glass, I explained just took it our of box and it was that way, they then explained I should have reported it as shipping deliver, it was in a box, the delivery was tailgate only, they did not wait for me to open the box to see if all was ok, there was no damage on the box They promise the world until there is a problem

I ordered a Victory scooter in early December and it arrived in only daysThe people at Progress Mobility were extremely helpful and guided me to the scooter that was perfect for meThey gave me a great price and delivered the scooter very fastAs a disabled senior citizen I need as much help and assistance as I can get
Even after I purchased the scooter I had to make several calls just for some guidance on using the scooter and the people at Progress were always patient and helpfulThey even offered to send someone to my home to advise free of charge if I needed it
