I was talking to Doris about this problem and she told me what was going onDoris had told Ms [redacted] that we wasn't in the area again until Monday Jul 06, That we couldn't pick up the trash due to the distance and that we would give her credit for the week she was missed and to set it all out the 6th with no charge for the xtra bags Ms [redacted] was not satisfied with that and she wanted her trash picked up ASAP or she would get another companyDoris said that Ms [redacted] was very rude and used the F--- word on her, so she then went to the owner and asked what to do and he said give her credit for the week and if she isn't satisfied to get another company like she said she was going to doShe was not satisfied with that, then hung up on Doris She then called back and spoke to Gladys and said she is not satisfied with that and wanted a refundGladys told Ms [redacted] that our policy is no refunds (as the other company's like ours do) unless movingShe then began yelling at Gladys and saying the F--- word several timesGladys brought the phone to me, Nykki (Office Manager)I was talking with her and she was very rude and hung up on me when I told her we don't refund that you have to finish your quarter Ms [redacted] was behind on her bill and owed for May-Julthe amount of $She finally paid her bill that was due May 3, on June 23, and paid the amount of $That took care of May-Jul with the late fee and that gave her a credit of $towards the next quarter for Aug-Oct This all happened on Jul 30, She said she wanted a refund and she was going to call the Revdex.comThat same week she had her Credit Card Company take the $back out of our account Her trash was up at her garage and not at the road where it is supposed to beWe have all our drivers of the trash trucks write down what time they were at the customer's house and trash not out Thank you! Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The original dumpster was under the name [redacted] and she paid for it She was responsible for the overage charge and was going to pay that as well It had been less than week after removing the dumpster that D&D showed up on site demanding payment or removal of the second dumpster I personally called for the second dumpster, it was put in my name, and I wrote the check for it It was in no way tied to the first dumpster from [redacted] *** If they were under the same account, that was a mistake by D&D.D&D had no right to show up demanding payment from me for the first dumpster, which wasn't in my name, and threatening to dump the second dumpster contents This was when I called the police How is it acceptable to threaten to dump the contents of the dumpster I had called to arrange and pay for because another individual had not yet paid their overage charge (which was less than week outstanding)? The dumpster I rented was to be on my property for week and D&D removed it early.Regards, [redacted]

On 8/7/2017, when this was first brought to our attention, we spoke with Mr [redacted] and asked him to leave the container on the curb and we would get it picked upMrs [redacted] then called stating she did not want to be responsible for the can after their move out date and she was told that if something would happen to the can we would report it stolenWhen a can is reported stolen, we just get a police report there would be no fault on their part and she was told thatMrs [redacted] was very rude to my secretary from her first initial phone call to her very last phone call when she decided to bring it upon herself to bring the container backShe was not instructed to do so or asked to do soWe appreciate that she was that concerned about the container and our property but we can't always pick them up that week as things happen with trucks or they fill up faster than intended and leave no room to place it

the first container was overfilled after being told of the ton weight limitAfter dumping the first one, we attempted to contact the customer about overweight dumpster multiple timesWe were told many different vulgar things and finally ordered off the property with my containerThe police report will show all details of what happenedAs for hostile, I Harvey [redacted] told my son Eric [redacted] to ask for payment, if they refused payment, dump contents of container and leaveThat way there would be no final bill or legal matters neededAt this time the client threatened my son in front of the police to cause him physical harmThey say it is two different people but the bills are both under the name of [redacted] ***, not separate individualsTherefore the balance on the account accruedThe police informed the person to pay the bill because it was owedThey wrote a check, we took the container full of rubbish and left as directed by the police officers that [redacted] informed that he wanted us to leave premises and never returnThat was at the time of threatening my staffPolice called, bill paid, trash removedAs for the recurring word CONTRACT, we never do contracts as stated on webpage and advertisements

We Sincerely apologize for any inconvenience the waiting period of your refund may caused. We have taken the liberty of submitting you a check in the amount of $260.00, which has been sent out in the mail to you on 07/31/17.We have a refund policy, where we send out refunds to the customers on a... quarterly basis. Since you cancelled in June 2017 and the refund was sent out in July 2017 that would fall into the quarterly time frame. We are making sure that everyone in the office is properly informed of the correct procedure. the above customer was notified of our regulations on cheating trash serviceHe has paid for *** * * *** ** Crawfordsville INHe has been letting other neighbors dump trash on his siteWe notified him and the police was sent to his address to file a report on illegal dumping and theft of
serviceAfter going to site myself, I noticed the cans had different apartment letter (a and b)They were left behind because they are not our customersAs for returm, we told him we do not offer refunds and we will be cancelling service after his paid quarterHe told Officer *** that we do not need to come to his residence anymoreDue to his paid bill, we are obligated to provide service until the end of September and will then discontinue his account

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.D&D conducted themselves very poorly by showing up and threatening to dump the contents of the dumpster I had paid for The only reason the police were involved is because I called them to get D&D off my property The overage charge from the previous dumpster was the responsibility of another individual, who has stated D&D never contacted them with regards to the overage charge There is no point in going back and forth D&D obviously isn't going to admit they acted unprofessional, so much so the police officer said he would be cancelling his service with D&D.Regards,*** ***

As for cursing I never cursed at anyone in their office and have witnesses to the phone calls that I made to themThis along with their response to my review on Revdex.com.com borders on libelI paid $online via credit card on June (processed on June 23rd)My garbage was not picked up on June 30, clearly I had paid the week before so my garbage should have been picked upAccording to consumer protection rules business are prohibited from preventing the cancelation of prepaid servicesD and D is clearly violating thisEven cell phone companies allow cancellation (with a fee that is clearly laid out in their contract)D and D did not detail a cancellation fee when I started service with them and I did not sign a contract.Regards,*** ***

Sometimes the guys might be sitting the cans on the opposite side of driveway to make them equal with your neighborThat prevents then from driving ten feet and stoppingThere is also wind to contend with as we have told you beforeThere is no possible way for us to stop the wind from
blowing the cans are Crossroads and awayThere is no company in the world that can stop the wind from taking your cans awayMy suggestion is possibly try another company to see if they can do the better serviceWe have offered suggestions to this family before and continue to have these complaintsAs she has stated, nobody else is having problems with these cans but herHer neighbors are all up right as she statedWhy would my guys intentionally threw her hands around? The guys on the truck aren't always the same individualsTherefore no one should have a grudge against youI don't know any other way to solve this problemGlobal warming could be affect, nothing we can do about windOnce again I suggest possibly try another company and see if they do a better jobIf you see that they to do the same things about the cans, you're welcome to come back at the lower price

This customer was never told she could not cancelShe was told she could cancel at the end of her prepaid quarterIt has been our policy from the beginning to not refund a prepaid quarter unless they were movingThe trash at this residence was left because the customer failed to pay their bill
AGAINThis is routine and she began cussing and yelling over the phone at the ladies in the officeAt that time, the women were told to tell her that the account would be cancelled at the end of the quarter and to hang up so the yelling and cursing could be ignored
