I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I would like it to be known that although a portion of my complaint has been resolved, this company still falsified advertisement of their property to me, and lied to me about the property's and my deposit.

have reviewed the move in sheet and the move out pictures along with the move In sheet.See move out picture link below. https://drive.google.com/open?i=diOB0rNtwpl [redacted] move out pictures show the entire home dirty along with many nail holes,marks, etc. on the walls,etc. Not just...
one place. The move in pictures and sheet do not show much dirt except maybe the comer of the floors nor Is anything listed as far as holes in the walls, marks, etc. Here is the

Your lease and the Oklahoma Landlord Tenant Act requires us to process the deposit as follows: If the landlord proposes to retain any portion of the security deposit for rent, damages or other legally allowable charges under the provisions of this act or the rental agreement, the landlord shall return the balance of the security deposit without Interest to the tenant withinforty.five (46) days after the termination of tenancy, delivery of possession and written demand by the tenant. If the tenant does not make such written demand of such deposit within six (6) months after termination or the tenancy, the deposit reverts to the landlord in consideration of the costs and burden of maintaining the escrowaccount, and the Interest of the tenanting that deposit terminates at thatf'ime. While therein not a clear request for your deposit back,the emails and perhaps the phone calls show that she knew in April that you were requesting your deposit back. While tl1echarges she charged you for cleaning and nail holes/touch up paint are valid, I am willing to refund you're the charges of $313.30 since she did not communicate as wells she could have on this matter. I will send a check out via regular
