Hi , I am [redacted] from rjl insulation In response to the complaint with Mr *** I myself performed the work in question .Unfortunately Mr [redacted] is trying to get free work done but not on my DIMEI told Mr [redacted] that I will prove to him that we did do the work in question and he would not afford me that opportunityTherefore I did tell him to take me to courtWe are a professional company and we do professional workI am not concerned at all ,Mr [redacted] can provide a letter saying that the work had been done by another company but he will need to provide legal documents in the court of law in which I highly doubt that he can Any further questions or concerns regarding this matter feel free to contact me, thank you [redacted] from rjl insulation
Mr *** , in response to the complaint once again we are a for profit businessI figured out what this is all about Unfortunately you had you whole home wired and upgraded illegally and tried to save money Well you see what happened is that the project didn't turn out so well and your trying to get some money back due to the loss on your electric job Unfortunately for you , you have picked the wrong people to try to get money back from RJL INSULATION did exactly what we said we would do ,thank God we didn't get hurt during the process because of the faulty electric work, then you'd have a bigger problem on your hands Good luck to you in the future Mr *** and my advice in the future would be to do things right and be honest Yours truly , *** *** from rjl insulation

The notion that I had my house wired illegally is ridiculous and completely irrelevant to the work you did. You know that you never completed the work I contracted you to do. You know that you never completed the blown in insulation installation and I have proof from the receipts from [redacted], and their letter. You know that you did subpar work in my attic with the joists. You know that you left a hole in my wall and just covered it up with a piece of plywood. This is unacceptable. I would like a refund for the incomplete work that I paid you for.
