My car was in an accident and was sent to shafers , the owner said that it would take a 2 weeks to fix and they had my car a month and a half and during this time no one called me for a follow up or nothing. I went up to the shop to get information on my car after they had it a month and a half and the lady In the front office got extremely rude and was also rude when I emailed her. She call the police and said that they weren't going to fix my car and they was going to tow it somewhere and leave it .
