On Monday March 12, 2018, my tree fell on my neighbor Mr.’s Driveway. He advised me his friend Roy P could cut down his tree. This is the person he used last year when his tree fell. Mr. brought Mr. Roy P to my house and he review what he had to work with. He stated he could do it for $300 which included the cutting down the tree, gathering up the branches together under 5 feet long and binding they with rope or twine. The tree trunk will be stack up on the curb. All he needed is $40 deposit and he would return Tuesday March 13th between 9-10 am. I suggested 10:00 would be better. Well at 10:33am I had to contact Roy P to find out why they are late. He stated he is wait for one of his employee and he will be there at 11:30. At 11:37 a.m. he called me to say they were in route. They finally arrived at 12:00. They cut down the tree, stacked most of the branches, left the main tree in the middle of my front yard. He stated they had another job to go to and he will return to set the cut logs on the street and bind any other branches the city trash doesn’t come and pick up. I had him write this on his contact. Well he never came back.

On sent him two texts:
On Thursday March 15th at 7:57pm with pictures showing what he still needed to finish and the text stated: Mr. Roy P I need you to come pick up the twigs, branches and tree stumps from my yard by 6pm Sunday March 18, 2018. You were paid $300.00 and you wrote on your contract you would pick the items and you have not. He called me back at and stated he would come by and get the remaining items. He didn’t return and complete the job he was paid for.

On Sunday March 18th at 11:56 a.m. with pictures showing what he still needed to finish and the text stated: Good afternoon Mr. Roy P it is Sunday March 18th, 2018, you stated from a phone call that you will be picking up the logs and continue to bundle the branches. Is still in my yard and your contract states that you will pick
