[redacted] came to our house in May and gave a quote, we accepted, they said job would start in July and take days to complete They showed up at the end of September with one person who worked after until dark This went on until mid November, then they said they could not get our new door and it would be a few weeks By mid December they were wanting money from us, we said we were waiting for the job to be completed Then they said the fellow working on the house hurt his hand and no one else could complete job, we said fine you find another company to complete jobBy mid January we started looking for someone to complete job as they had not come up with another company While we were looking they are demanding their money or will send collections after us, so we found another company and paid them out Now we find out they have closed up business in Winnipeg, nothing like lying to the customer!!
We used A Clark Roofing in Winnipeg August to shingle our roof and received a year warranty from the A Clark Roofing amp Siding LP The Winnipeg location has since been closed We spoke with both Alberta locations and were told by Calgary that Edmonton had all the documentation from Winnipeg and was handling all warranties for the Winnipeg location We spoke with Edmonton on occasions to discussion our situation and were told each time that they will not honour the warranty as Winnipeg is a separate company and not to call back The warranty has all location phone numbers on it and signed by the president Therefore I ask why they consider Winnipeg a separate entity We have a small area where a shingle appears to be loose and something is leaking onto the original siding This is a concern and wish for someone to come evaluate and fix the issue Product_Or_Service: August Order_Number: ***
