I am rejecting this response because: The technician that came to the house was not able to clean the window, he asked for several items which were provided to him by me and He was not able to clean it.He came with a utensil that was razor sharp and still was not able to clean, He informed that he was not going to attempt any further because he was afraid he would brake the seal. If this "Debris"is not reachable by their technician than it certainly not accessible by their customers. I would be more than happy to be able to clean the windows however this is not doable

Thank you very much for the opportunity to tell our side of the story regarding the complaint from a customer regarding mold on the exterior of their windows purchased in 1997.On a site visit to look at the problem, our service tech found this was a surface mold build up on the exterior glassWe
informed the homeowner of our findings and I suggested they try a cleaning solution to clean the mold after I was asked if I could offer a solution;A natural buildup of debris and organic material can accumulate on any surface over a period of time, particularly one exposed to the elementsIf it is deemed a matter of concern the remedy is to simply clean the areaThere are a number of over the counter products that are suited for this taskOne tried remedy is as follows:Mix 1/to 1/cup bleach In a gallon of waterScrub the area with this mixture using a clean ragIf the area is hard to reach, pour the solution on to the area, be careful not to let the mixture run onto any surface that would react to bleachA Q-Tip or toothbrush could be used to brush out persistent debrisFlush with water when completed.After a couple of emails were exchanged I also sent the following email with links to help explain how the buildup could occur, with another link for cleaning it up;I have to disagree with the statement that the growth is under the seal as my technician found on his inspection the growth was on the exterior of the glassThe seal in question simply rests against the surface of the glass and is accessible with a toothbrush or similar cleaning toolI have attached a couple of links that may explain what is occurring a little better.?
