I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]The company refunded a portion of the money minus shipping of $43.98. My issues are clear with certain respects bulleted below. They have failed to address the issues of the dispute and have not satisfactorily met their obligations as an online retailer. The vinyl graphics sent to me were of low quality and not the brands I was led to believe I was buying. I agreed to purchase *** *** *** and they sent me some brand that was not Avery. In fact, you cannot tell the brand since there was no manufacturer mark on it. *** *** ** and other reputable brands clearly mark their products. Since I was misled and the product was misrepresented I want a full refund of my money. If the products were damaged during shipping then it was the result of *** and not my packing. I used a high quality sturdy box (in fact better than the one the products were shipped to me in) and included packing material to prevent any shifting of the items during transport. Oddly, when I talked to *** from RJW Motorsports on 8/6/he did not mention that the returned items had been damaged. When I spoke to him again on 8/24/2015, we discussed his claim that *** had damaged the package and items during shipping and he never mentioned to me that the issue was with my packing of the items. In fact he specifically said the damage was from *** and "had nothing to do with me." Now in his response he has changed the story a third time (as it seems to be hard for him to keep his lies straight) indicating I did not pack the returned items well. My installer has been in business since and has over years of experience installing vinyl graphics and wraps on cars. He has been nothing but honest and forthright with his concerns over the poor quality of the products sent by RJW Motorsports. Only RJW Motorsports has provided false, misleading and fraudulent information to me and the Revdex.com. The items I was promised, were not delivered. *** tried to file a claim with *** over the items being damaged during transport in order to defraud them of money. He misrepresented the brands of the vinyl products and sent me inferior materials trying to defraud me of my money. It was only after this and only during my conversation with *** on 8/24/that I decided to have rally stripes painted on my car instead of using vinyl ones because of the deception he perpetrated on me. I decided at that moment I would not allow myself to be mistreated and lied to again by another graphics seller. I have never lost my temper, raised my voice or lost control of my emotions with ***, however he has been defensive, rude and confrontational from the beginning. I have come to learn from over years of working in Human Resources that people who become aggressive and confrontational because they are not being honest or forthright about their actions. Additionally, those people change their stories and over and over as *** has done. RJW Motorsports owes me $and I want it refunded to resolve this situation fairly.

This person's installer was inexperienced and unaware of how vinyl actually works. We only sell high quality stripes made from [redacted] vinyl products. We worked with this customer to try and make things right. We even special ordered [redacted] for his specific stripes against our...

better judgement. After shipping him the new, more expensive stripes, he decided he would rather paint the stripes on his car so he returned BOTH sets of stripes and demanded a full refund.Our return policy is very clear. No returns as items are made to order. We made an exception and decided to work with [redacted] and offered a refund minus the 3 different shipping charges totaling $43.98. The [redacted] claim was made b/c the stripes were damaged enroite back to us due to poor packaging on [redacted] part. This claim, while irrelevant to any refund due to this difficult customer, was denied. Claims of fraud by this person are unwarranted and slanderous.

This person continues to spew lies and slander after we TRIED to work with him.  This matter is closed on our end. No refund will be given for the shipping charges as they are never refundable.
