***,On April 24th, we received email confirmation from this client that we have addressed his complaint to his satisfactionHe informed us that he would be letting the Revdex.com know.We waited to see if we would receive notification of the update from Revdex.com re: this, however
we have not yetIn viewing this again today, since there are no updates, wanted to let you know the status and check in on this complaint.We received an email from this client the morning of April 23rd, where he shared his concerns and that he had filed a complaint with Revdex.comWe delivered the product to him the same morning of his email with a personal note expressing our sincerest apologies, acknowledgement and information for him re: where we dropped the ball and offered him store credit with our business in the future for himself or transferable to a friend.
