There is no way to resolve this issue with Ron Craft, as they can not undo what was said by their sales people We have already purchased a vehicle from another dealership - their loss in sales.

When we spoke there was no attempt made to inspect the situation with the vehicle further. Just because an employee in the service dept filled out a form and stated that they did the work of an oil change, computer system check etcdoesn't mean it actually happenedWe told the dealership we had pictures verifying that there was a high level of gunk in the bottom of the oil tank, and with only 44,miles on the odometer this indicated that this vehicle most likely has never had an oil changeThere was no attempt made by the dealership to see this evidence or investigate further, only a refusal to take accountability.
